Titan touch
Titan touch
Question. I had the implant a week and a half ago. I was supposed to start pulling pump down 2 days after surgery. I did but next day was swollen about the size of a grapefruit. Then was sick (stomach ulcer for 5 days straight. Now the pump is up against my right nut, keep pulling it down but not helping. 24/7 pain. I pull it down as good as possible but doesn't stay. Is this like a normal part of this healing.Dr Hakky Titan Touch 22cm. I gotsta fix this soon. Any suggestions would be great. 67 year old
Re: Titan touch
This is one part of the infrapubic incision apart from the visible scar which I find problematic. With PS incision no such requirement to pull the pump is made.
I recommend looking at videos on youtube for checking how to do this pulling of the pump. I assume you are still sore and it will be difficult. It does get better with time

Re: Titan touch
This is not an issue with either approach… but can be with either way it’s installed. Fairly common issue where the pump adheres to the wall of the scrotum or a testical.. this and also to be sure the pump stays low in the scrotum is why Drs suggest pulling down on the pump while healing.

Re: Titan touch
Don't worry, it's still early. Yes, keep pulling, but don't hurt yourself. At first, I was afraid of not pulling enough or pulling too much. I learned that the main issue is to keep pulling so, as described above, the pump doesn't stick to something. My doctor suggested using a hot bath and pull while relaxing. The hot water relaxes everything and you can pull a little further. It was also a good way to start the inflate/deflate process, and to find and get used to the 'button on the 'Titan "One Touch' pump. The pump will eventually come down and 'hang in there'. Good luck and hang in there! (tongue in cheek)
