Titan Flaccid issues
Re: Titan Flaccid issues
Crotaus- back to your original question. I have a Titan but with the genesis pump. Possibly you can work more on deflation. After squeezing all the fluid out that you can also add a bit of pressure trying to push your dick back into your body as in make it look like it used to before implant. And then immediately after holding this in for a minute, grab the pump and give it 1-2 pumps which should lock out the fluid from flowing back. No matter how much fluid you get out, there’s still all the fluid that’s in the proximal(part in your body)portion of the implant. As soon as you stop deflating it’s going to run back into the outer portion. This along with a new very firm implant will always feel like it’s not deflating completely. Also as the tubes get softer 4-6 months in you will be able to get it a lot more flaccid. I’ve always thought that it’s a lot perception of yourself rather than something that’s that noticeable by others. Also you will get used to the new you and it simply won’t bother you as much later on. I’m sure my bulge is as big as it was at 4-6 months but my perception is that it’s much smaller. In reality it’s probably just as big as it ever was.

Re: Titan Flaccid issues
This might help. When I want the smallest bulge possible I lay down for the entire deflate process. I first lay down and then I press my deflate button. I keep pressing with one hand and use my other hand to squeeze as much liquid as possible. I then release the deflate button, wait about 4-5 seconds for the deflate button to reset, and then I pump once or twice to lock the button. I'll still have some fluid come back to refill my cylinders, but the amount will be less than if I was vertical I think it is using gravity while horizontal (Cylinders will be vertical), helping the deflate process. My bulge is still more noticeable than before my surgery, but it is much easier to conceal when I do this.
I started using a personal trainer two months after my implant and when laying down for exercises (presses, ab work, etc), I was very conscious of my bulge size showing even with tight underwear. Doing this has helped lessen that bulge when working out. I am still noticeable but not overly so, so now I am just a well endowed guy. And I learned this from a prior post (I forgot the original topic or poster) in FT

Thanks Mlsyes I tried more thoroughly deflating laying on my back today a couple times and agree I was able to get quite a bit more flaccid. Appreciate the tip
42 y/o, ED since sexually active. Cialis and Viagra give me bad side effects and limited erections. Injections were not for me. POTS diagnosed in Feb 2023 likely causing the ED. Titan 24cm + 1 RTE implanted on 3/2/23 by Dr. Hakky.

Well ... I see from your signature that you have a 22" titan . With a 22" titan anything could happen ...

I have a ams cx and i dont leave mine on deflate cause its a little uncomfortable wearing jeans, so i engage the pump snd give it another pump or two and yes theres a bulge. I was self conscious about it for about a month, i was a grower, but when like going to the store i watched people's faces to see if they would look and i didn't see anybody paying any attention to it. So i owned it and all is good.

I'm most worried about discomfort. Is it uncomfortable cause you can feel the cylinders rubbing against the insides? If one were to play basketball without underwear (just shorts) will it hurt? Not saying I would but want to know how much pain/discomfort to expect.
