Did libido come back after implant?

I’ve lost my libido over the past couple of years because I know I can’t follow through. Health is fine and testosterone is fine, but I have a severe venous leak. I don’t even try to jerk off anymore because I know it won’t work and I just don’t want to get more traumatized.

My question is, would an implant even be worth it? What if my libido just stays gone? I think being able to get hard might make me want sex again but what if it doesn’t?

When pills and injections stopped working for me, I didn't have sex for several months.
I still missed it and after recovery, everything returned to normal.
I don't think I ever lost my libido; just suppressed it.

The implant can give you a errection anytime you want but just because you can get hard doesn’t mean you will be into it. Having an erection without libido is like trying to have sex while your concentration isn’t even there. Maybe you’re thinking about how much of a loser you are or maybe you just feel tired. Your mind won’t be focused on the woman or what your doing.

You have to do all the things you were doing when you felt like an intact male. Before I had this huge hernia I still wanted to have sex. The implant meant no stage freight, now whiskey dick. If you’re feeling that connection with the girl and you are feeling masculine you will be happy to have the implant. You can go longer than ever and you should also be able to come. But think back before you had ED. If you liked the girl enough you might want to have foreplay with her even after you get off. Gotta get back to the primal urges you had before you had the doubt.

Right now I’m trying to get back to a point where I like myself again. I’m about to go through major surgery to get rid of my colostomy bag, my hernia, and back into the gym. Some days I still have a good day and I’m happy to think about women and rub one out. Some days I find late compulsively just to make sure th things still working. Instead of worrying specifically about my libido I’m making plans to get control of my life again, get ripped and feel assertive again. Hopefully the libido will follow, it seems like the well adjusted men here have great libidos.
