experience of people with small penis

Hello, good afternoon, I have some questions about the postoperative period. I have had an AMS 700 cx implant for just over 3 weeks. My question is whether those with a small penis also experience loss of length. I had a 14 cm 5.5 inch erect penis before the surgery. I would like to know the experience of someone with approximately the same measurements. I would like to know how long after the surgery they started pumping and riding a bicycle.
