Hi Andy,

The only reason I haven't had a detailed discussion with Dr. Karaman is because I want to get my revision done with the highest volume implanters like Dr. Clavell or Dr. Park both are over a 1000 cases of implant surgeries easily. Also money is not an issue for me at the moment. If I were tight on cash I would try and go with the most cost effective surgeon for me.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Karaman and he was always available to answer any questions and gave me ample post operational care. The device breakdown can happen with anyone.

As I said, I just think this time around I would like to go with the highest volume implant surgeons and that is the only reason to be in consultations with Dr. Park, Dr. Clavell and Dr. Rosello

Why if you have rigicon lifetime warranty you dont do the revision with karaman?

What did he says to you after 1 year failure?

How much did he charge for a revision?

Why do you decided to change surgeon?

If you can update your situation it can be important for everybody that is thinking about Karaman for the implant

I was informed that any revision surgery cost with Rigicon is only for the operating room: 900€. Lifetime warranty on implant and revision surgery is at no cost. So for us in Europe it just makes sense.

Well sadly my pump malfunctioned at the 1 year mark, so I am looking for a revision surgery. Currently considering Dr. Park or Dr Clavell just because of their larger history and volume of work as implant surgeons. I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Karaman. the implant worked perfectly for a year until the pump fell flat. I still had a healthy blood flow into the penis with the implant.

and that's the issue with the ipp's , myself having a malleable ,it seems an ipp might be better with being able to possibly keep your girth or maybe regain lost lenght if you had some . and making the erection as hard as you like .
but then on the other hand the extensive surgery and recovery .
even that would be ok ,if it was a full proof system that was not prone to malfunction . some patients have good luck and have theirs for a decade or more, and others last a year or so and less.
it seems like a gamble .
i was hoping the rigi ipp would hold up better .
i first went to egpyt for the rigi10 malleable ,but the doctor then pushed hard for me to get the rigi ipp, i ended up not getting either . although his cost are good and his clinic looked clean and professional. 8 thousand usa for the rigi ipp and 3thousand for the rigi 10malleable .
will you get another rigi ipp,or try a different brand ?

The pump that had malfunctioned a few weeks ago miraculously started pumping again last night when i randomly decided to test it. It pumped without any issues, I have no damn idea how this is possible. Quite literally 3 weeks ago the pump was flat and I couldn’t pump at all.

I was laughing so hard at 2am in the night half asleep when I woke up to pee and randomly decided to pump that damn device. Found it pumped perfectly to about 90-95% hahaha. Ridiculous really

Sounds like a valve in the pump was stuck. I have read that happen to other people as well. Would be good to connect with Rigicon ppl also.

Hi, I've also got a Rigicon and the same thing has happened to me today, the pump randpmly stopped working out of nowhere, I just hope it randomly starts working again after a few weeks, otherwise I'll be heading back to Istanbul to visit Dr Karaman
