Yes, I believe they cannot over-size to avoid erosion. That is why malleables generally end up significantly smaller than IPP's

But I was asking about glans engorgement, because glans engorgement is usually what helps us to climax. If the glans isn't engorging it's going to be difficult to orgasm
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

Continuing daily Cialis (5mg/day) is beneficial for glans engorgement. Healthy blood flow to the glans also contributes to good tissue health, which is essential for preventing erosion or slow down any atrophy. Some individuals use Trimix gel, but it may not be necessary unless there is a floppy glans.

The buckling force of a rod is directly proportional to the fourth power of its diameter, meaning that a rod with a larger diameter (13mm) is less likely to buckle. The YouTube bending demos are mostly with the 11mm diameter rods.
