Sublingual trimix?

I have an implant and use a gel version of trimix inserted into my urethra to engorge my glans and make penis as thick as it was pre surgery. A friend has told me about a sublingual (under tongue) version. Has anyone used it? Know anything about it?
For those of us with implants is pt-141 a good way to get the engorgement of glans? I lost some sensitivity from Tri-mix use pre surgery. Its better if I use the gel during sex.

It needs to be local unfortunately. Don't even try this. Sublingual trimix could swell up your mouth and possibly swell up your throat and trachea, choking you, or cause a possibly dangerous drop in BP.
