Anyones penis feel TIGHT first week after implant?

Newly implanted, definitely notice some size loss but as I've heard cycling can bring it back.

Girth makes up for it though as definitely a nice thickness to it that my natural penis didn't have.

Anyways, my penis feels quite tight, almost compact, I'm just on day 6 since surgery so very much still healing and mending up. I did get circumcised at the same time as they needed to do it apparently, I think it actually made my penis look better but I notice there's stitches all around the bottom of my glans, wondering if this could be the tightness.
