Scheduled for this Friday with Dr Karaman. Any pre op tips and suggestions?

Hi!
I am finally scheduled for this Friday with Dr Karaman in Istanbul. Any tips and suggestion from those who have already been through an implant will be very welcome! For example what to do / not to do on the days before and after the surgery. What to wear, etc. Any insights for faster recovery will be supper appreciated.

I have been doing research for over a year about the implant and finally decided to pull the trigger but of course quite terrified about it. I am hoping to be one of the successful cases down the road. And i plan to post my experience here in the forum after recovery. (if i don't post anything probably means i died lol).

Long story short: I had ED for more than 10 years, the blue pill used to work perfectly 10 years ago, back in the day with just 50mg managed to be rock hard for a few hours. Over the years got gradually less effective, nowadays even with 100mg sometimes i get it to work for a short time and sometimes it doesn't work. I used to be very sexually active but erections became less predictable on the last couple years to the point where i stopped pursuing sex and even started just avoiding it. I would say pills work 50-50 nowadays but because i am just avoiding sex over the last couple years i finally decided to pull the trigger. I am in terrible fear of losing that 50% that i have left, I decided i would rather risk it than spend the next 10 years in this current state.

Anyway, I am really hoping to join the club of successful bionic guys. Wish me luck.

Good luck. I was going to post a few days ago and it just got away from me doing it. Follow your doctors instructions and you should be using cold packs for at least the first 48 hours and staying as flat as you can. I was in the hospital over night after my surgery and that really helped a lot I think. very little swelling and bruising. Again best of luck to you.
