Yes but I hear if you do 3 fat top ups , as in round 1 2 3, the results are permanent and as good as you’d get

How do you like your malleable?
Thanks

Very happy with it. Only thing is some girth loss but can be fixed with a couple top ups of fat.

Just a friendly reminder, it is not just a simple topup.

The procedure has its risks, people as young as 30 have died from the fat clogging venous system plus you can damage the implant with needle and you are often fully anesthetized, so the regular risk of not waking up.

I'm scheduled for surgery in November to have some excess skin removed on the top of my shaft. After a couple of weeks of healing, I'm planning on several more HA injections. Mainly to keep my shaft a little softer and more oval.

It’s a malleable - no risk to implant coz they don’t inflate

Heads up to anyone considering a permanent filler.

I got a semi-permanent filler. I wish I didnt. Misjudged the size increase, also had to get some clumps surgically removed (not a deglove, just a small excisions).

My personal belief is that most men's sizes are perfectly fine and most women don't care. I think there is a lot of societal pressure to have a mega cock. I dont think it actually matters and its societal myth that has unfortunately taken hold of many people's minds.

With all the possible risks, I really dont think its worth it. And you cant easily undo it if things dont turn out right.

If, for some reason, you feel hell bent on getting a filler, try HA from a reputable implant surgeon. Make sure its the actual implant surgeon that understands the anatomy of an implanted penis and not some random guy. But I'd still recommend saving the money and hassle.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Great advice. I got silicone injections which I sometimes regret. I especially don’t like the way it clumped up around my circumcision. I’m considering getting recircumcized to remove it.

What kind of enhancement did you get done? Is it solid or squishy?

I went with a PCL-based filler called Ellanse. The filler is biocompatible material that has been used in surgery/grafting for decades, and it dissolves over the course of a few years. However, the collagen that it forms can last up to 10 years after the filler goes away. It cannot be removed/dissolved so I just have to wait it out.

Its firm because the mass increase is from the collagen forming.

I cant remember if you are in the states, but if you are, then I'd definitely recommend seeing Dr. Billy Cordon or Dr. Hakky about the recircumcision / clumping removal.

Also guys please look into complications from hyaluronidase, which is the enzyme used to dissolve HA filler. There are some extremely devastating complications from the hyaluronidase that occur in some people (not common). In my opinion its not worth using if you get HA filler, and instead I'd just recommend letting the HA filler dissolve on its own, or just not getting any kind of filler at all and saving yourself from the possible complications.

I've followed your progress over the years and if i remember right, you seemed to have pretty good girth. Is there a reason you got a filler? I'm curious cause wolf and others have mentioned penile atrophy a few years after being implanted and was wondering if you've experienced it as well. I'm concerned about losing girth over time.

Theres a ton that went into why I decided on the filler.

While I didnt admit this on FrankTalk at the time, my mental health 2 years ago was in a horrible spot. I had lost my job, had a vicious breakup with my LT gf, had some nasty long term issues from covid, and my first implant was not what it used to be. To compound the issue, I eventually found out that I have a gene mutation that makes me extremely susceptible to a specific micronutrient deficiency. I found out about this mutation after I received blood testing for something completely unrelated (another story for another time), and they doctors found next to 0 of this micronutrient in my system. In fact it was so low that he had never seen this in his practicing life and only read of it during his college course work years ago. Well, some of the symptoms that specific nutrient deficiency causes psychosis, cognitive impairment, and depression. Which makes sense because I was clearly mentally impaired and I also suffered from symptoms like here screaming inside my head. It also causes your white blood cell count to drop severely, and I was getting recurring bacterial infections in my face. For example, I had cellulitis in my lips and throughout my cheek, and if I didnt take antibiotics for it, it would result in the hospital having to cut chunks of my face out.

So anyways, in my mind I felt like my life was going down hill fast and I wanted to make something better. Eventually I concluded I could make my dick better by making it more round with filler, and hey why not get the biggest baddest meanist dick (within reason). In hindsight this is illogical because the oval-ness didnt matter at all. Neither my LT gf or the 2x hookups before hand noticed anything, none of them felt anything strange during sex, and everyone enjoyed sex. But again, in my mind everything else was going to shit so might as well do that.

Regarding the nutrient stuff above: I highly recommend that anyone gets a nutrient panel and gene test done by a highly component alternative medicine doctor at some point. On the outside, I looked like the healthiest person alive and I led (still lead) an extremely health life style (dont drink, dont smoke, make all my own food, dont each dessert, dont cheat meal, ect, eat highly nutrient rich foods), and I still had a life-changing nutrient deficiency. If you are going into a surgery like an IPP, then I think its one of the most important things to do to make sure your body's nutrients levels (and therefore immune system and healing capacity) are fully functioning.

I also repeat this again: the oval-ness of your implanted dick likely wont matter at all, and don't worry about what society says about big dicks. Its just a modern day myth and, in my opinion, society is over/hypersexualized.
