Swollen as in at least twice original size … not the implant(left) side but the right testicle is enlarged. Probably has nothing to do with the implant but just wondering if implant could leak fluid somehow (and yet it still works fine). Otherwise feel good.
Can feel no lumps, no pain, feels soft like it’s got excess fluid. Happened gradually over a couple of months. Have urologist appointment on Monday.

Re: 5 years after implant get swollen testicle…
Both newbie and jwdetails are correct--it really sounds like a hydrocele. I had one removed before getting the implant. Yeah, they're large and soft. If it was fluid from the implant, it would have eventually drained away.
Hydroceles typically require surgical removal, but that's only if they bother you or you don't like the way they look. I tried aspirating mine like three times prior, but it always came back. I think they can drain it and then hit it with iodine to collapse it. That might be an option too. It's my understanding that they form due to problems with lymphatic drainage.
