I have the OTR. No noise. I assume youre referring to the Genesis.

I chose Clavell and paid out of pocket. I didn't speak to Eid or Hakky, I interviewed my local Kaiser doc, attempted to interview with Dr. Karpman in the SF bay area but his staff was too inept and rude, and Dr. Clavell. I didn't need to interview anybody else once I met with Dr. Clavell.

At the time, Dr. Clavell offered the very best value for a high end, high quality surgeon and from CA was half the distance of Eid or Hakky. He's also young enough that he'll be around if I need him again in 15 years.

I've written all of my reasons on FT a few times, so I won't go into it again here (search my posts if you like), but my main consideration was the comfort and real feel of my flaccid state. To that end, I chose the CX and am very happy I did. Both popular implants get stiff enough for any kind of penetration you desire, in any position and any point of entry. If one or the other was not suitable or capable to perform these kinds of activities we would ALL know about it by now.

My penis will be flaccid for 96%+ of the rest of my life. I don't give it a second thought now. Grandkids on my lap, bathing suits, nude resorts, 100% normal looking and feeling. I don't have to pump up a little to address dog ears, I don't look like I have a partial erection, my pump makes no noise, you would never know I have an implant in any situation. As for the (best case) 4% of the time it is deployed and in use, my wife wouldn't know or feel the difference between a few millimeters of girth one way or the other. Sex isn't about the size, shape or girth of your penis if you're doing it right.

I too liked the no catheter approach, and also his pain management is terrific. I had the surgery on Wednesday, flew 4 hours back home on Friday morning, back in my office chair on Monday. Only alternated Tylenol and Advil for a couple of days and that was it, no painkillers needed. (ice, ice, ice).

Good luck to you, another vote for Dr. Clavell and the CX. I couldn't be happier, my penis feels 100% OEM. I don’t think about at all until it’s go time.

No. I have the OTR and even that makes a squeaky noise. It is loud enough to be heard by a person closeby.

Strange. Mine is totally silent. I know that the older model (the Genesis) does make noise.

I flew from Tokyo to Houston, back. Recall the return trip was around 16 hours with the layover and at the time Covid restrictions entering Japan. I thought the trip would be the worst in the life. However, it was overall fine -- much to my surprise. Requested the doctor give me extra pain killers, and I had more than a few pills while on the flight. Did not use them. Eventually just tossed them away.

Eid does spinal anesthesia and says you can go back to gym after 2-3 weeks.

Clavell only does general anesthesia and says you can go back to gym after 6 weeks.

Could be a factor to take into consideration.

I think you're right on point on the way you've laid this out. I don't agree that you're overthinking. A lot of guys don't get good results precisely because they don't think of all the details.

If I were to choose I'd go with the Titan to maximize girth and with Dr. Eid to cycle at 3 days. I don't think squaking is a big issue you can always have the TV on or go to the bathroom or something. I'd rather have the extra girth than worry about how it looks flaccid because I wouldn't care about that.

You can get plenty of girth from a CX. My dr started cycling at day 3. Eid isn't the only early cycling dr in the USA.
