Welcome to the brotherhood. I hope your recovery goes well. Just remember you have had surgery on the most sensitive part of your body. Go easy. Ice your parts. Take pain killers when needed.

I’m nearly a full seven months post op and things are great. I only have a bit of numbness on the underside of my penis and scrotum.

Remember you are very early in your recovery. Do not make judgements about your size until you are a few months out. You have swelling in your tissues which will mask the actual results.

This is one time when you must focus on a six month forecast or so. You have made it through the hardest part; taking action (implantation surgery). Good luck and hang in there (no pun intended).

update to 6.5 weeks.
The days following the deflation were painful. I want to point out that the only pain I felt was right where the pump was located (and the most painful part for me was above the bulb, in the part where the drain button is located). Since after a few weeks I would have to go to Dr. Cocci who would instruct me on how to use the implant, I was still too sore and
thanks to the advice of an Italian friend I met here on franktalk I applied a pain-relieving cream (arthrosilene) to ease the pain since it was limited.
the cream worked, I put it on twice a day and day by day the situation improved.
After seeing that the situation had significantly improved, a few days ago I started of my own free will to try to pump and then deflate. I succeeded but I was very careful because the pump part was sore. Every day I tried it I became more confident and began to tolerate the pain caused by the crushing of the area more and more.
I tried to pump as much as possible and the penis was not painful. the area that remained painful was always the same, while in the shaft I only felt discomfort due to the stiffening, but it was all bearable.
I had sex with my wife once a day for 3 consecutive days and for me it was a release. Finally I no longer had to worry about anything and I was able to enjoy every moment of the relationship.my wife really enjoyed the sex we had, and day by day she felt a further increase in the hardness of my penis, and finally she enjoyed it fully and I was happy about this.
Yesterday I went to Dr. Cocci who explained to me how to best use the pump for both inflating and deflating.
I asked him about my concern about seeing the bump above my balls from the top of the pump, and he reassured me that there is a scar there that has yet to soften. Now it is rigid and therefore since the shaft is raised the scar also pulls the pump part up. So it's a matter of time.
regarding the dimensions, he told me that I will have to work on it a lot because I had strong fibrosis, so hard that during the operation they only took about 70 minutes to dilate the bodies. So his recommendation is to have sex as many times as possible, masturbate and leave inflated several times a day to stretch stiffened tissues.
I asked about using VED to regain size and he told me that there are no contraindications, but in his opinion it is better to wait 1-2 months to ensure that everything heals properly.
So he now advises me to proceed only with inflating and deflating several times a day and having as much sex as possible.
I will work hard and try to have sex as much as possible to regain size but above all to be reborn mentally and try to forget all the worst moments spent with my erectile dysfunction.

My opinion on Dr. Cocci is very positive. the price of the operation is honest and competitive and the clinic where he operated on me and where they admitted me for one night is excellent. Another point in his favor is that he follows his patients very carefully both in the pre-operative and post-operative phases. direct contact with him is another point in his favor, for any doubt or information he is available and responds as soon as possible.
