Yes, your best bet if you suspect something will happen in the middle of the night is to pumped 50%. You can still do foreplay 50% pumped. I get good blood flow to my glans still and then helps it seem more rigid.

But there have been times when foreplay was just starting and I hopped out of bed and said I have to go pee real quick. Nobody likes to mess around with a full bladder.
