Implanted 9/30 with Dr Karaman in Istanbul (pg 4 starts Day 1)

Cycling absolutely sucks.

The hardest part of this first day of cycling was 1) finding and activating the deflate button and 2) pressing on it the inflate bulb. The bulb is super hard. Just to deflate and inflate to the point of pain took an hour. Indeed my shaft definitely hurts pumped all the way and I'm doing the Perito exercise. The tip of the penis is probably the least painful part. I was worried about it pushing through or something.

I'm encouraged by the initial measurement.

BPEL: 7in
Girth: 6in

Deflating was a nightmare. The position of this thing is horrible. It is hidden well, but the deflate button is so high. The pain I have now is from manipulating and squeezing my ball sack so much. I feel like it's going to swell around the incision. There's a little home that seems to have lost a suture prematurely. Not sure whether to keep cycling or pump back to 50% and wait some more.

Initial erection hold time: 90 min (couldn't deflate!!!)

The size retention is very encouraging! Reading your post made my day. It’s probably going to get easier with the pump once it heals some more.

Yeah man, I was pleasantly surprised at the measurement. I'm current back at 50% till my incision heals fully, but I can already feel that the cylinders have become more pliable since stretching out that one time. I have read guys saying the pump softens over time. It feels like a pinch strength workout right now.

Alright...

So, I see that my incision is actually sealed. I have some granular spots that are pink, but that's just gonna take time to get the color back.

That said, I cycled again today. Inflating wasn't too bad. Again, deflating was extremely difficult. I inflated to just past 7 inches. There's quite a bit of pressure, but it was doable considering the goal.One thing I did find is that, being that my cyliders are so far into my glans, without engorgement, the tips seem dangerously close to the tip of the penis. However, once I stimulated myself and got engorged, there was enough space for me to not worry about it.

Deflation...As of now, I don't know that I feel comfortable cycling in the morning before work. In the end of today's session, I was able to find a video that helped me quite a bit. Considering the placement of my pump, my deflate button is much easier to activate with two hands. Trying to do it with one hand is only torture with no end.

I'm still not 100% sure how to tell if I'm fully deflated. The Infla 10ax, I'd imagine, isn't as bad as the titan as far as the flaccid chub. However, what I have right now is certainly not the normal flaccid that I once had. I'm not mad at the appearance though! I just want to be sure I'm fully inflated so I have no issues.

Hey hey...seems like a nice time for an update.

I've been cycling for a little around 11 days now. Surprisingly, my max pump is now at my pre-surgery size, right at 7.5". That's pretty amazing considering I was I think 6.5" when I got started. I do have the Infla 10AX which expands in length, but I was still expecting more of a journey back. I'm sure I push it pretty hard. I do the Perito throughout and was keeping it at max for over an hour since the first time I started.

The bulb had definitely begun to soften some. I can get it to like 85% in about 10 mins. Deflating is still got our miss, but it doesn't take more than 3 or 4 mins to locate a spot that doesn't hurt too bad to squeeze. I still have swelling around the incision site.

I reached out to a doc to see if VED may help expand the glans and help avoid erosion due to the tips being so close to the end of the penis. If he says no, I won't risk it. It is a little concerning how the engorgement of the glans goes away when I'm lying flat. Maybe a cock ring will be in order whenever sex starts.

Another thing I do that I believe exercises the tissue is get a grip on the shaft and go back and forth jerking it. It isn't a masturbatory thing, but that's the motion. It also helps me stay engorged whole I'm pumped up.

My hope is to make it to 8". I'm sure the implant will expand more than it already has. I only want to make it that size because I know I won't be pumping to 100% to have sex. It would be too stiff and probably uncomfortable for both of us. Still, I had resolved that even if I was stuck at 7", it ain't the end of the world. I know that's enough, I just wanted to get back to what I was used to having.

I lost a good inch about 20 years back when I had my plication to straighten out curve. I don't think the Doc was the best to do it, but I was young and didn't research well enough. I lost sensation at that time too because of the trauma of degloving. Then at a later date, I damaged some vessels while pumping and lost even more sensation and made my ED worse. I think that may be when I stopped having nightly erections. Thankfully, I didn't lose size since I was still have sex somewhat regularly. However, there was about a 4 year period where I may have only had a handful of erections. Thankfully, I didn't lose any size during this period. Anyway, I'm just thankful for what I have and I hope at least some of the sensation list during this procedure will return. Thankfully, I still have all of it in the glans.

Thanks for the update! amazing that you recovered your full size in such a short amount of time. Is that 7.5 inch bone pressed or without pressing?
