Men with Implant who had Peyronies

I have made a few posts and the replies have been very helpful so thx guys! I have Peyronies and ED the left side of my unit has lost significant girth and there is a hinge effect. I lose my erection often during foreplay and sex. I would really appreciate a phone conversation or PM with men who had Peyronies and how much of an improvement or correction you have had. When flaccid my unit almost disappears into my body especially when running or exercising. Some docs advise to keep trying to improve the condition but they just don't what it is like to deal with this situation! It doesn't seem to be getting better. Does some girth come back I have also lost length. Trying to make decision whether or not it is time for implant. Replies are greatly appreciated!
