You’re experiencing excessive discomfort with the stiffer Titan compared to the softer AMS700.

By again choosing the stiffer Tactra over the softer Genesis, aren’t you potentially setting yourself up for a similar discomfort again? Could you please clarify your reasoning? I'm confused by this logic.

As far as I could understand the tactra is more rigid at a penetrative level compared to the Genesis, if they put the rods of the right diameter size and the tips in the right place so that there is no erosion there shouldn't be any problems, the biggest problem is find an implantologist expert in malleable implants in Italy, now even those who do very few implants push for inflatable, this now happens worldwide, especially in advanced nations such as Europe/United States/Australia and cutting-edge countries, if there are users who can intervene to give their opinion or those who have had an inflatable then switched to a malleable one could be treasured

The Genesis has axial stiffness of 857 grams, closely matching natural human stiffness required for vaginal intercourse which is 800 grams or more. This makes Genesis closest to a natural erection. Tactra is super stiff due to its titanium alloy construction in the reinforcement. It could cross into an unnatural level of firmness, which, in my opinion maybe fine for non-lubricated anus. For you, won't Tactra's supernatural stiffness also cause pain, bending problems and discomfort during non-sexual state, similar to the painful experience you have with the Titan?

of the titan I feel the deflated cylinders which are about 20 mm wide, I can touch them and take them with my fingers, the malleable cylinders are 9.5/11/13 mm, they are round, the titan cylinders are wide when deflated, to me titan it's annoying when deflated, when swollen it tightens my urethra but it doesn't hurt, it's very likely that it depends on oversizing, too much plastic is touched in my cock, furthermore if it's not at least 90% inflated it bends, this explains that if not you pump enough fluid, the cylinders don't swell enough to penetrate without them bending

This makes sense. Thank you kindly for your answers to my doubts. I feel moving from inflatable to malleable after 1 year is the ideal way as the penis is nicely stretched and expanded well!
