Pump to Max

Postby MS_Man » Fri Nov 01, 2024 10:34 am

How long does it take people to pump to the max. I mean time as well as of physical pumps. Does it become quicker to fill over time?

I am newly implanted and it takes me forever seemingly. I managed to get like 50 pumps yesterday but honestly they were not full pumps, as i am not able to squeeze the pump to the maximum until both walls touch each other. So it was more like mini pumps.

Wondering how long it will take after a few months. But yeah at my current rate it would take forever to get ready to have sex with someone :D

Time: it can take 10 to 30 seconds depending on how quickly and vigorously I pump

Pumps: 10 to 20, as above

I'm not sure that the pump changes over time, as much as I became more familiar and skilled with inflation.

I am at the 5-month post-op point, and it takes 30 to 40 pumps. Not vigorous, so about 1 1/2 minutes or so.
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

About 12-15 pumps. It varies a bit. Time required is less than a minute. If things go fast, perhaps 45 seconds.

The real skill is to learn on how to pump efficiently. Pumping time will really go down if you master pumping. It is more of an art than a skill.

Wow, my guess is about 20 or less pumps. I just pump until the pump stops and/or the twin cylinders are rock hard. If it took me 30 pumps, that's fine with me, because it's rock hard. If you gonna lay some pipe, then it should feel like a pipe.

I wish that I had a dollar for every time this topic gets asked. Part of the equation that should go hand in hand with the number of pumps is where are you starting from.

Obviously if you have an 18cm + 3cm of Rte's implant & you wring it out to get empty. Your results will be different from mine. A 21cm 0 Rte's that I just let deflate to where it is happy. Even pumping style has an influence. My drs nurse used a technique of baby squeezes. Almost like it was pulsing. She could inflate me pretty quickly. But, that was after just a week or two of recovery. Her method might be slower than mine is now.

The best responses will be from men that have had their IPP for a year & have diligently worked on their pumping style.

Great question and I was going to post the same. I am six weeks post and started cycling two weeks ago. I honestly can keep pumping but usually stop around 30-35 which I am second guessing since I tried having intercourse last night unsuccessfully. My penis just isnt erect enough at this point.....might be regretting having this done TBH
