I’m three months out from receiving a tactra malleable. Lost almost an inch in length. Girth good.
Issues:
Still not able to keep in a bent concealed position. I’m not very big at barely 5”, so it’s not super noticeable except in certain pants.
Biggest issues, massive problems reaching orgasm. Seem to have lost a lot of the sensitivity. Keep hoping it will come back, but losing hope. Oral, vaginal, masturbation all fail.
Malleables revisited
Re: Malleables revisited
Do you still have your prostate Watcher?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

I hope you regain your sensitivity.
What type of incision did your surgeon use? Was it penoscrotal or sub-coronal?
What cylinder diameter did you receive?
Is your Tactra not bending at all or is it bending but springing back without retaining its bend memory?

Re: Malleables revisited
I had a Tactra implanted in late July and this is pretty new for me so I'm hoping to get some input from others with a MPP. Since day one, I have a banana-like curve in the shaft of my penis that points to my left leg. I have since discovered that my glans has rotated in such a way that the rods are in vertical alignment (on top of one another). Not a big deal as I can manually twist the base counter-clockwise almost 90 degrees and both rods become side-by-side (as the cavernosum would be oriented naturally), but when I release, they again return to this position. Is it just a matter of continuing to manually rotate my penis until the bend memory of the implant takes hold?
Re: Malleables revisited
I too have a MPP but I had one implanted ..then cut open 30 days later ..then 12 months later replaced with a longer one. I have yet to get my sensitivity back at 5 months unable to climax no matter what ..I too hope it resolves itself over time

In any case at 67 with a heart issue, I hope the Trimix keeps working until I keel over!

I’ve talked to a couple of experienced surgeons in Brazil (more experienced with malleables) about the inconsistent bend memory, and the takeaway was that it’s just not something to really count on. It’s pretty inconsistent and it’s more like a “shape it back as needed” thing. Some get lucky after 1 year when the silicone and surrounding tissues have settled down.

All I can really say about it is The wifey and I are more then happy with the Genesis.
To those that don't know I had 4 IPP's before going to the MPP, It was the quickest recovery of all the surgeries, least painful, it was a day surgery, I lost no length, lost about a 1/2 in girth, just makes it easier for her to deepthroat it, we have tried and tested all the positions and then some.
The wifey will wear herself out riding, jacking, sucking and just plain playing with it as much as she can everyday, fuck I can hardly get away from her to cut the grass nowa days, turned her into a absolute fuck monster.
In the end, the decision is yours, I wasted so much time worried about size loss and concealing it drove me crazy, but for me the IPP's are just not tough enough for any aggressive activity in my world.
In about an hour I (will) hear high heels coming down the hallway,,, and you know what ??? I (will) be ready for her.
Ride on baby, Ride on...............
I am reading your malleable posts. I am curious what about the malleable makes it easier for her to deepthroat? is it because of the lost girth? or because it bends better? If so, couldn't you just inflate the ipp a little less than usual to achieve the same effect?
It bends easier, and gives room for some engorgement, we tried the IPP partially inflated for oral and she said she could feel bumpiness thru out the shaft, which was the cylinders forming there dog ears when not fully inflated, not a real big deal to her, but it might be for other women.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

thedriver, having had four revisions, did you happen to lose any length with any of your revision surgeries?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic erectile dysfunction following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, even spinal injections. Nada.
