How the heck are folks with a Titan doing “the exercise”?

I’m 8 weeks out, and can’t for the life of me bend the implant since it’s so rock hard. It’s also quite painful to even attempt it. Does this get easier?

IMHO... Don't do the Perito "exercise" at 100%.
Do the exercise at 50 - 70%, when the shaft is still bendable.

As I understand the video, the idea is to bend @ 100% so you can ("most importantly") add a few more extra pumps afterwards to stretch penile tissue to the max.
So it would seem there is no point in doing the exercise with 70 % pumped IPP.
He also says to do it for 1 year so maybe it's just too early for you and you should stick to cycling to further stretch the capsule forming around the implant.
But I'm ofc no expert. Send an email out to your doc.
Re: Perito Exercise with Titan - How??
Yes it does get easier. When I first started I could only get about 5-6 pumps in and only bend it a few degrees but as time went on I could get more and more pumps and was able to bend more and more. It’s not an easy thing to do and can be very uncomfortable also and leave you sore but it did get me back to my original length.

Start from flacid. Pump couple times till u feel the kinks start filling . Bend 90 degrees or as much as tolerated pain while it's soft. Alll directions holding base. Pump 2 more times. Bend. Pump repeat bends.pump repeat. It takes time. But u will be stretching the implant too and your muscle. Take your time. At some point u bend less and less because of the firmness.. Find that happy medium where u are like 80 percent hard but still bending significantly.. Just keep working it..
