All I can say now is I pop on here now and then to see if I can give any advice to someone going thru it, but all I can say at this point is I wouldn't even consider for a moment of getting another IPP, the natural feeling of the MPP is actually enough for my decision right now, let alone all the fear, cost, and grief of having another IPP failure and ongoing revisions.
Everyone should try a IPP for the first implant as long as you have the funds, health, and time to spend on future revisions, who knows,,,, it might last you a couple of years as long as you take it easy and slow,,,,,,,,,,,, But then again,,,,, What woman likes that ???
Just my 2 cents.

Super appreciate the feedback! And if you were single and you wanted new women to not know you have an implant, would you still choose the malleable? I get the impression that it's more difficult to hide it as it never goes really soft after sex? But maybe I'm wrong about it as i don't have experience with it.

Also do you often get flagged in airports? As I'm a frequent flyer this can be an issue for me.

Never a problem at the air ports, I also go thru full body scans during any med, app, at the Mayo Clinic.
As far as another woman finding out about my implant, and please keep in mind my wife is very, very open minded, very, very secure in our marriage and also loves another woman's touch,,,, so I have had the opportunity to try it out on a couple of women that had no idea of a implant, not only that but the wifey had told one of them about it and she was just plain curious, lets just say there was a good time had by all.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

It sounds like you have a very very happy marriage :) I'm getting jealous reading that.
Is the marriage open only towards other women or is she free to be with other men too?

Driver, i am reading some of your old posts and it really seems like you went through a nightmare. I am wondering, during that time when you could not have sex, and you had a wife who obviously has a big sex drive. How did you manage it? Was she free to be with others? or she did not mind waiting for you at all?

I am now recently implanted and one of the reasons i am very worried, i told the girl i am dating that i will not be able to have sex for about 2 months because of a hernia surgery. But now i have floppy glans and i am very scared i will need a revision, so not sure what i will say next.

I agree. The driver and his wife truly put implants through stress testing. Please keep sharing your adventures!

The wifey just has a taste for female company once in awhile, and I'm lucky enough to be right in the middle of all the trouble, which is fine with me.
Whenever the IPP was broke down, I always had a quick turn around as far as the revisions went so the wifey didn't have to wait too long I guess, she has plenty of toys, machines, and all sorts of other crazy fun stuff to watch her use and tease me with, and I would be involved one way or another practicing oral skills on her.
We never host anyone to play at home, we grab a suite for a weekend at one of the casino's usually, and it never takes her too long to find a playmate to bring back to the room.
And I know I will probably pay for this kind of lifestyle someday, but until someday comes around I'm going to say ---- Y-O-L-O --- ( You only live once)

Hey Niceguy1,

I just experienced a very similar thing. Got a Titan implant about a month ago. Recovery was painful, I was constantly swollen until my doc called it and sent me to the ER. I didn’t go sceptic but had a very bad infection. They had to remove the titan and no salvage implant was possible. Spent a week in the hospital and just came back last Sunday. Like you I am healthy only 46.
Did the Dr Eid found out how you got the infection and what strain it was? Also, did he offer the titan again or was recommendation to switch to malleable?
I am pretty traumatized by this whole experience and in my case the culture was negative so no idea really on what could have happened. I am even wondering if I should even take the risk again
