In my opinion, an implant can help, but it doesn't "make you a great lover." First of all, many women love PIV (penis in vagina) sex, but it often isn't what gets them off. They need fingers or oral. (Not all women, but a significant number.) So if you think your magic dick is all it takes, then you will leave many partners unsatisfied.

How can it help? I mean, some women do just want a hard cock, so there's that. But also, worrying about whether your dick's gonna get soft can distract you, when you should be focusing on her. And really, focusing on her is the secret to being great at sex.

Glad to hear that you are having fun with it! I understand that an implant will not out of itself make a man a great lover nor a sex machine. After 15 years of ED (moderate to severe, I can still get hard from masturbation, I have nocturnal/morning wood (though it deflates as quick as I stand), but pills do not work anymore), I have learnt to use my fingers and tongue to please my partners. But as I said in another post, of my experience, even though many girls like or even prefer oral sex, ED is a massive turn off for them. Their brains are wired to be attracted to erections, and to associate erections with male pleasure and, by construction, to regard them as a validation for their own attractiveness. No matter how good your tongue play is (and I would bet that many of us here have become over the years very good at eating pussy), ED is a dealbreaker for the lion's share of women on this planet.

I totally agree with your point on the distraction that a non-functioning dick can be for men and consequently made sex less pleasant for their partners. This, together with the restoration of my self-esteem, is why I am seeking to get an implant.

Suffering ED is for every man individual.
I for myself even with pills got an erection but it went down shortly after penetration. It was terrible and I suffered until the point I got a small stroke and from than on couldn't take any pills or meds to achieve an erection. I found out about implants and reading this board has helped me in my decision.
Thanks to all here posting also positive results to encourage others to get bionic!

It was the best I could and yes, it gives me the possible option to have sex whenever I want, how long I want, where I want and with whom I want!
And yes, the implant has made me a great lover!
I don't look for relation ships (was 4 times married), I only look for women that want to have good sex and for those I am considered to be a "great lover".
Nowadays I receive compliments like "your cock is really nice" or "you're hard as steel", "the best I ever had" and so on...
This let's ones self confidence grow again, which was totally lost with ED.
Really don't wait too long, consider an implant as the best choice and start having great sex again!

For my personal result, which I'm proud of, please see my signature.

Cheers

I have the same experience with pills, they somehow work but if they do the erections fades quickly and do not allow me to have enjoyable sex. Sorry to hear about your stroke. Though I haven't had one myself, I can testify to the fact that pills are BAD for the heart when it comes to prolonged use. I have had my share of scares with them as they sometimes gave me this pinching sensation in the chest, together with a racing heartbeat. I am also convinced that pills gave me rosacea (I can associate my first rosacea episode with a period where I took A LOT of Cialis/Viagra last winter), and in any case, now that I have rosacea, pills give me bad flare-ups so I do not want to use them anymore (their effect has largely vanished anyways).

I am looking forward to receiving my implant!

Looking forward to joining the bionic brotherhood on 5 December.

All the best.

I'm not single, but I'm still having a lot of fun with my implant.

I fucked my wife hard for a good 25 minutes a couple of nights ago.

Before my implant, I was lucky if I lasted 5 minutes.

I am having a lot of fun. A LOT. I’m coming up on six months since implantation. I have been with about a dozen women, and have had two different threesomes. It’s been the best sex of my life. I’ve always had a high libido and sexual desire combined with life-long ED… the implant gives me the confidence to be the man I always wanted to be.

My only regret is that I didn’t get an implant when I was a young man. It never even occurred to me. When pills came around they were better than nothing, but side effects and the challenges of using them were always there. And as I got older they lost efficacy.

I read another brother on this site negatively describe his implant as like having a dildo inside his dick. I can see how the guys that had a working dick most of their lives might see it that way, might feel that an implant is not close to what they once had.

That may be right for them, but I wouldn’t know because I never had a working dick. Sure it would work sometimes. But until I got an implant, the fear of losing my erection was always there, and that impacted my performance. And it impacted my confidence to even get a woman into bed. I could never lead with being a dominant alpha male, because that was setting me up to look like an idiot if I couldn’t get it up.

But not any more. I can confidently take a woman to bed knowing I am going to fuck her as hard as she wants for as long as she wants.

I can’t tell you how good that makes me feel.

And I can’t tell you how much satisfaction I get out of finally being able to live the life I always wanted. I’ve always done all right with women - far better than I probably deserved, given my ED. But to now have hot, sexy young women tell me that they come back to me because they love my cock… goddamn it feels good. Before women liked me *despite* my ED. Now they like me because of my hard dick, in addition to whatever other qualities I might have.

It’s unbelievable.

I wish you the best with your surgery, recovery and with “breaking it in”. Don’t put a lot of pressure on yourself…. It takes a while to recover and to get used to your new equipment. Just have some patience, expect there to be some challenges, and eventually you will get to where you can have some fun, too.

Be well,
Leto

Well, LetoMan, you are so right !!!
Let's encourage ED sufferers to get an implant to stop this debilitating chronic disease with its associated self-confidence problems.
Change your life and be the man you always wanted to be!

Cheers

Haha you have no idea of how much reading your post and that of dan_bionic and others here made me smile and cheered me up. I just want to have a good (great if possible) sex life and enjoy some years of being young, good looking and single.

Look, you have only 3 weeks to go to get your implant, then you'll recover and start your new sexual adventure!

I really enjoy reading this thread but I'm somewhat of a lurker. Currently, I'm getting by with Sildenafil, Tadalafil and PT-141. I foresee the time soon when I'll transition to Trimix and then an implant. So these great stories are encouraging but I'm left with one concern: I frequently suffer from anorgasmia - will going bionic and having unlimited time in the mouth/pussy help get me to climax?

My doc and I agreed to skip the injection stage of ed treatment and move to implant. The first 3 years were great for masterbation but lonely.
No togetherness in our bedroom, at the urging from a few mates on here FT ,,, I went on silver daddies - kissed a few frogs. Now have found a mate that is in the same poor marriage situation. We hit it off personnallity wise and,
GEEEEEEZUSSSS have we had great sex! The first time I came it was like the Belligieo. He thinks the impalant is great and marvels at my endurance. He is hot as hell and we get together when we can. At this point and age I’ve become sex crazed Lol.
You will love the impact if your head is on right. It takes a year to totally heal. Enjoy that time. After a few months you’ll be like, wtf why did I wait so long.
67years,fighting ed for over twenty years. A sever break, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, and I'm tired- throwing in the towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE, gained girth and length, very glad I took the hard step.

Maybe you'll find a solution with an implant as you can go as long you want and if the girl likes it you also will get closer to orgasm, even by oral sex, believe me, having an implant heals all kind of "sexual problems".
