My surgeon Dr Clavell, gave me some simple advice, I thought I’d share with the newly implanted. I’m 9.5 weeks post op with the Titan.
Unable to inflate to max
I would pump the bulb daily for several minutes and only able to achieve about 70%-75% erection. Lots of half pumps that didn’t go anywhere. Doctor told me to use slower stronger/ full squeezes. It took me minutes and I sweated a lot, but I finally improved to at least 90%, for the first time.
Dog ears / kink
I have a very pronounced kink / crease / dog ear on the left side. About 1 inch above the base. My flaccid is shaped like an S or question mark. I sent him a picture. He told me to rest my penis in the opposite direction. So I’ve been switching from pointing right, to pointing left instead, in my pants. Throughout the day, I also fully hold it to the left, the entire penis, not just bending the kink. Like an exercise, a few minutes, several times a day. It’s my first day, but already seeing improvements. Hoping to straighten it out soon.

Just my opinion. I think that all of the IPP's can get dog ears. I know for a fact that my CX has one. I think the thickness or rigidity of the cylinder walls is the determining factor on how bad they are. My first pain was sharp. It got better quickly to the point that it only hurts now if I rub it hard when deflated.
Based on my theory. The scale would start with Titans as the most prone down to the LGX. That raises a good question. Do any LGX owners have dog ears?

My Lgx developed a dog ear on left tube immediately after my reservore revision surgery, I still have it but just run w 3 pumps daily
Not enough to be offensive but takes the kink out. Doc adjusted my tubesing in scrotom during the 2nd surgery I think something changed causing the dog ear but really its of little worry to me.
Good luck brothers

I have one small dog ear on the left. For me it's no big deal. I hardly notice it. I'm a little over 4 months out with a Titan Classic. Dr. Clavell did mine.
