Hello. Please tell me in more detail why you regretted the titanium? What is the solution on the program now: Titan or cx. But my girth is 16 cm.

I've regained most of my length, have more girth. It's hard enough to drive nails into a 2x4.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Clavell. Yes I have a dog ear on one side and the Titan does scream when pumped, but at least now I have a working penis.

Titan Classic. No discomfort. I have one dog ear but it's small. It can be loud when I cycle, and I'm hard of hearing. I don't care, I get an erection and that's what matters

That’s a good question. I’ve only come across two individuals who mentioned experiencing physical discomfort, which led them to switch from Titan to AMS via revision.

Given that Dr. Eid, Dr. Perito, and Dr. Hakky strongly favor Coloplast implants, financial relationships with device manufacturers and conflicts of interests aside, it seems to suggest that Coloplast discomfort rates are extremely low.

My Questions:
1. AMS or Titan?
I’m leaning toward the AMS for its comfort, better concealability when flaccid, and the quieter pump. Additionally, it puts less pressure on my thinner penile tissues due to its narrower cylinders. However, if this comes with the risk of weaker erections both now and in the future, I’m more inclined to go with the Titan as my first implant.

2. Eid or Clavell?
The implant choice heavily influences my decision on the surgeon. I like Dr. Clavell’s approach to pain management and the fact that he doesn't use a catheter. He’s also younger, though I don’t see Dr. Eid’s age as a major factor. However, if I choose the AMS, there’s the risk of weaker erections that Dr. Clavell mentioned. Dr. Eid’s earlier cycling protocol could help with that. On the other hand, Dr. Eid is renowned for his work with the Titan, so would it make sense to go with him for an AMS implant, considering he likely performs fewer AMS surgeries?

Im on my one year complete with Dr Eid and a titan. Lets start with dog ears. I DONT GIVE A DAM if there are any. Theres nothing i need to be worried about with them. If i completely drain the tubes there might be a hint of dog ear. During recovery i fully emptied. After 6 months i empty then give a couple pumps if i really care about it . But it absolutely doesnt bother me. I got used to it. Ill say this about titan. When i had the surgery, i was not impotent. Shots with pill were still kinda working. I gained thickness after implant and even 1 year after i still will get an aching pain if i pump to 99%. Ive learned to gauge how i feel when pumping and i dont pump to max.. if i have to stop in the middle of sex to add a pump..WHO CARES..Im having as much sex as my heart and cardio can handle. I sometimes like to finish inside and will use dondoms to prevent pregnancy. I have to use magnum condom now because regular trojan were a lil too tight and now i feel much better with magnum ecstasy and im not a long guy. I do have 24cm titan. Maybe 6 shows because a lil belly fat. But that titan gets rock hard. Last but not least. the pump sound. AGAIN dont care..I just pump it when i go down on the wife..or pump after shower..or make her watch me pump while i talk shit to her..Its sex..Its a woman,,,the only thing a women is thinking about is the sex shes about to have..Your job is to be confident and enjoy your bionic penis..Too many guys trying to hide it. if i wasnt married id be using it as conversation piece...and im 49 at that...
