I will be implanted in early December and cannot tell you how scared I am of ending up in this situation. The last thing I want is having my dick butchered by a medical team. Do you think that going to a surgeon who does around a 100/year would make this sort of outcome unlikely? My doctor is Sébastien Beley in Paris.
30 years old French with ED caused by priapism episodes at the age of 15. Pills have lost most of their potency, injections work but are painful and not a long-term solution. Scheduled for an AMS 700 CX on 05/12/2024.

Another thing is that your glans can also bend when the prosthesis is activated or is it because they are not placed on the glansIMG_20241110_164853-min.jpg

Looks exactly like mine at the moment. Due to have a long conversation with my surgeon on Wednesday about the whole thing.

I'm definitely already terrified. Isn't it normal that I can bend my glans? Could it not be because I have recently had surgery and the prosthesis has not yet expanded as it should? I had surgery in Guadalajara Mexico by Dr. saulo camarena implants daily he has many implants
Could you show me a photo of someone implanted, folding the glans so I know how it should look?

I'm pretty sure it should be straight and not flop down. Mine is here. After sending to my surgeon last week he made an appointment to see me this week.

Where I point my finger is where one of my cylinders ends.

I'd send pictures with your concern to your surgeon and see what they say. You could always get a second opinion if you're not happy.

I have a similar problem. In my case the cylinder does not reach the glans at all. I did an MRI which confirms that the cylinder does not reach the end of the corpus cavernosa. It is possible that an MRI in your case can give you the definitive answer (but i think depending on which country you are, MRIs are not cheap).

The truth is I'm still not sure if the cylinders are not in their correct position. I talked to the doctor, I told him my doubts and I have a check-up in a few weeks. I still don't want to lose hope of recovering everything. I want to blame the scar tissue. The doctor told me. He said that if there is a problem we will solve it in a few weeks, I will tell you what happened.
