Thank you guys for all of the replies and feedback.
One of my biggest concerns was taking the plunge and being shorter or having something wrong like the floppy glans etc.
I would definitely try to get in with a good doctor like Eid or Hakky. I just want to be sure I’m sized right and there are no issues. I would assume I’d probably need a revision every ten years which means I’d be in on likely 2-3 revisions atleast in my early 40s but I’m just tired of the stress of all of it. I’d like to be able to relax for sex again and not have it just be a worry.

To everyone, please remember that you'll look short due to the swelling at the base. Any length measuring after surgery will not be accurate.

That's an interesting bit of information that I didn't realize. I had very minimal swelling at the base or in the testicles. The more I learn, the more I realize I had a great surgeon, or at least a great surgery.

Lost somewhere between 1.5 and 2 inches. No, the loss was not due to ED and atrophy. I had ED for only 8 months and still was able to get erections, just not reliable. My "pre surgery" meassurements were not 15 years ago, but 1 week prior to surgery.

Since starting cycling, there was no improvement, also, the cylinders dont have any crinkles or bends in them and its not an implant, that expands in length. So there is little to no hope in recovering the length.

I am 30 years old, would I do it again? No. I would stick to injections in rather take the pain and them only being reliable 8 out of 10 times.
Am I devastated? Yes, 100%.
30yo, Germany. Priapism January 2024, erections after that sometimes good, sometimes shit.

Man sorry to hear that. That is definitely a concern. Was your surgeon high volume?

I am about 70% on getting snagged by TSA. I just politely tell them I have a penile implant. They do their search and move on.
That said, one dude pressed the back of his hand hard against my groin and said “whats that”. I loudly answered “That would be my cock”…

I did lose 1/2” of length and about 1/4” of girth. Im currently 5.75” x 6”. But Im rock hard, spontaneous and can go until the job is done. My wife seems happy with the outcome and I do believe her when she says she cannot tell a size difference. The reality is I got more women off with 1 3” by 3/4” finger and one 2” x1”tongue than a 6.25 x 6.25 penis…

Also, I saw you are considering Hakky. Please do consult with him. He is a good surgeon. He will address size, usage, duration etc in very plain terms which comforted me to know he knew these were mental issues. His staff is very good and worked well with my insurance.
I will note that the first 8 months after surgery my penis was noticeably smaller about 5x5. At around 6 months things started to fill out. By in large I dont really see much difference from what I remember. Dr Hakky also addressed the 12-16 month full recovery aspect.
51yo, ED 5 years, 45-50° curve/PD. 22cm Titan, IP with no RTE by Dr Hakky on 9/12/2023.

I agree with most, at the point that it’s consuming you it’s probably time to move on with it. I too got to the point that I was constantly consumed and worried about ED to the point I couldn’t enjoy sex! Also I’ve watched every video put out by Dr Clavel and Dr perito and they both state and I agree that a properly sized implant will keep your original length and in some cases(mine) gain some girth. You definitely have one thing right to go see one of the best surgeons. Don’t forget Dr Clavel in Houston. Don’t know your geographic location but I’m sure he or the other two would be a great choice. I’ve stated many times that to some degree getting thru an implant surgery is at least 75% mental! If you have your mind set on doing it and you’ve done all the research you can do and know what to expect than at least 1/2 the battle is over. I’ve had absolutely zero regrets about getting my implant and now at 2 1/2 years of trouble free enjoyment.obviously my suggestion is you will know when it’s time…… and I feel like you are well on your way to being at that point. Good luck and keep us posted.

Really sorry to hear Stampede. Dr Osmonov is a high-volume surgeon to address the question below. 1.5/2 inch length loss is definitely abnormal. You should get a second opinion, even if this involves some travel. You could arrange an appointment with Dr Ralph in London or Dr Beley in Paris (these are, together with Osmonov, the most high-volume implanters in Europe).

Do not lose hope, most members seem to have gained size up to a year after surgery. If you are still dissatisfied on your size, you could get a revision. As a young healthy guy, infection risk is very low.

And worst case, I understand that it must be difficult to lose 1.5/2 inches, but you are still better endowed than many guys, and women would rather have a rock solid, tunable, on demand erection that is smaller (but in absolute terms very decent) than a theoretically longer, but unreliable erection with practically no spontaneity?

I do not seek to minimise or disregard your suffering and concerns, but try to look through your perceived issues and focus on the bright side of your situation and the many ways in which it could improve.
30 years old French with ED caused by priapism episodes at the age of 15. Pills have lost most of their potency, injections work but are painful and not a long-term solution. Scheduled for an AMS 700 CX on 05/12/2024.

Once again thanks everyone for the great responses.
I’m going to start looking into setting up a consultation. At this point I am not noticing really any nocturnal erections at all and I never really know if the pill is going to work. It sounds like I should be able to gain my normal size back after a few months as long as I cycle regularly. The airport issue sounds like it should be minimal as well especially with precheck. Aside from obviously size and floppy glans is there anything else I should be worried about? It appears the implant is unnoticeable to most women? I’m married but I still want to be able to have my wife not focus on it. I think she enjoys trying to “get it up” but I feel like if it’s not really noticeable and I get it to work during foreplay she shouldn’t notice much difference. She doesn’t think the problem is as serious as I do, which I guess is good, but she doesn’t see all the effort I really have to put into the function such as shot, a ton of pills, not eating much, limiting alcohol etc.

Was in a same situation as you. Lost 2" with my first surgery. My story is a mess also, but having felt what you feel compared to now, i don't regret it at all.

I've gained my size back. Most here say wait at least 6 mo to a year, which sounded crazy to me, but it's true. If i could've done this in my 30s and pay my dues then i would have in a sec knowing i have a penis that works 100% for hours. Bionic sex in my 30s would've done me so much better for my mental health then to rely on pills and shots... 80% is great but that 20% fuckef with my head

Well, but you got an LGX. expected to lengthen up to 25%. 25% of 18cm is 1,77 inches. There you go. I dont have/get that.
