Cylinder bump or aneurysm

Postby cth524 » Wed Nov 13, 2024 5:34 pm

So this is my 1st revision and was done in May 2024. At the time this issue was never there and all of a sudden I saw it one day. The best way to describe it is if looking down at penis starting at the glan ypu can feel the tip and it slightly smaller. As you go back it expands out (top and bottom) and then goes back in and flat all the way back. Other side doesn't have that extra transition it just goes out and stays out.
I went to see one of his nurses and she told me it was nothing and was perfectly fine. That the bump was my anatomy and that everyone's body is assemectrical. I told her no that I've never had this before at birth or up til now. 2 weeks later I saw a other of his nurses and she said see saw it a fealt it and got me a ct scan. I said a ct scan won't show what needs shown and wanted a mri. Needless to say I had a ct and not one thing was mentioned about implant. Now I see the dr this go round and see what's up. The 2nd nurse said may need a revision, lol.
The pictures i have are to large sorry. It does kinda hurt but ever since I've had this revision I've always been in more pain deflated or half deflated than more inflated. Thanks any advice is welcomed

Yeah, I wouldn't pay too much attention to the nurses; they told me I had a "water cyst" once when I had a varicocele. They think they're doctors when they're not. You should speak to your surgeon, which it sounds like you've already got in the queue.

its the same for me on my right side the cylinder bulges out more than on the left. doctor said all perfectly fine. I assume it has to do with how much he dialates the corpora, so it can change after a surgery/revision.

Yeah it's hard to get in with Dr so alot of times I get stuck with nurses.
I hope it doesn't have to do with revision. I hope it's good but then again not because it looks terrible. Now if it's fully inflated it's seen alot and fealt alot but if I push the deflate button and hold maybe 2 sec it disappears which makes me believe it's the cylinder. If it is damage to the corpra then I'd like it opened up all the way down so it's symmetrical

is your left cylinder in your glans? maybe that is the tip getting pressed sideways

No it's not the tip. Tips are centered and perfect. It just has a bump. Best way to describe is a tire having a bubble, or a hernia

I see.
I assume while dialating, he removed more on that specific spot. The walls/your tunica determines the girth, so by removing or lets say "thinning" the wall, the cylinder is able to expand more on that sepcific area

I have this same bump on left side, but it’s one inch from the base (lower than yours). I sent pics of my flaccid to doctor and he said they were dog ears. When I’m erect, it’s less pronounced. Curious to hear what your doctor says.

Can you get your cylinders to 100% erect or is it weaker?

Your doc can make a sonography and see what it is and measure the thickness of the Tunica albuginea on that area to see any difference.

In general I would not worry, as long, you have no pain or more discomfort.
