The momento you start missing apportunties to have sex, the moment you are walking away from engaiging a potential mate because of fear you will not perform is the right moment to do it.

With a good surgeon you will not loose length, you may loose girth if you had a beer can penis like i used to have , but not lenth.

Airports I have never ever been stoped, not here in the US, Europe, South America or the Caribbean.

Thanks.Im very average on girth maybe even slightly below average. Sounds like if I go with Perito, Clavelle, Eid or Hakky I could expect to not lose length. I can usually perform but it’s A lot of stress and work. Pills, or shots, limit alcohol, etc.

Exactly I was also like that for years, you stress about it so you don’t get to enjoy it as much, you become mechanical, like following a script and it takes away quality to the hole experience, all that will fall behind you once you get the implant.

Lost somewhere between 1.5 and 2 inches. No, the loss was not due to ED and atrophy. I had ED for only 8 months and still was able to get erections, just not reliable. My "pre surgery" meassurements were not 15 years ago, but 1 week prior to surgery.

Since starting cycling, there was no improvement, also, the cylinders dont have any crinkles or bends in them and its not an implant, that expands in length. So there is little to no hope in recovering the length.

I am 30 years old, would I do it again? No. I would stick to injections in rather take the pain and them only being reliable 8 out of 10 times.
Am I devastated? Yes, 100%.

Was in a same situation as you. Lost 2" with my first surgery. My story is a mess also, but having felt what you feel compared to now, i don't regret it at all.

I've gained my size back. Most here say wait at least 6 mo to a year, which sounded crazy to me, but it's true. If i could've done this in my 30s and pay my dues then i would have in a sec knowing i have a penis that works 100% for hours. Bionic sex in my 30s would've done me so much better for my mental health then to rely on pills and shots... 80% is great but that 20% fuckef with my head

Well, but you got an LGX. expected to lengthen up to 25%. 25% of 18cm is 1,77 inches. There you go. I dont have/get that.

Hey guys. I have been a franktalk member for years. I am one of the unlucky few that have pssd from stopping a long time antidepressant. I’m not sure what It did but it caused low libido, Ed, low sensation,etc. I have been like this for six years and I am getting to the point that I believe I’m having to accept it is not going to improve. I have other issues non sexual from it as well but these issues are the most bothersome for my age. I’ve been on pills for the last six years and have had up and down success with them. I have been taking max doses for years as they work on arousal and when it’s tough to get aroused you can imagine how well they work. Factor in any alcohol or too much food and success is even less. I’ve also used injections off and on over the last few years and while they work well it is very hard to be spontaneous and not very fun to give yourself a shot there. With all of that being said I am really considering the implant. I have been holding out hope the last couple of years that new technology would come out like the implant that inflates without pumping, or the caverstim device but they just seem so far out. I recently took doxycycline for an ear infection and I have no idea how but somehow it aggravated my symptoms even more so I’m tired of worrying about it all the time. For those of you with implants what would your advice be knowing what you know now?

Also, I’ve been here long enough to see a lot of the concerns voiced and I like many others have the same concerns. Size, I agree a functional one is better but let’s be real no one wants to lose length.. especially someone like me that is six inches bone pressed. While I guess that’s average I sure don’t want to lose an inch or even two?? How common is this that everyone comes out of surgery smaller and doesn’t recover it? Girth is another concern but while I’m a little more on the slim side maybe I’ll even gain there. Airports, I fly a lot and sure don’t want to be stopped at every security check point.. although I do have precheck. Are all of these real concerns? I can afford to go see one of the best surgeons insurance covered or not. I just want to be normal again. I deserve it and my wife does too as she is not as bothered by it but says it consumes me. Any advice, direction, anything would be appreciated more than you know. It’s obviously a big decision being it’s permanent.

I'm sorry that you've had a long terrible journey with ED, all your concerns have been felt by all of us going through this too and we're here to help when we can.
I'm the same size as you, probably 6 to 6 1/4 inches bone pressed now. Yes, after I got my implant I was freaked out a little that I was only 5 to 5 1/2 inches at 6 weeks, when I was given clearance to cycle my implant and have sex.
During those early months at least for me, it was very difficult to get fully pumped without a lot of discomfort and pain in my glans area and shaft. I kept following my doctors protocol with cycling and doing extra cycling in a warm sits bath to make it more comfortable to stretch the tissue while trying to stay inflated to the max as long as I could.
You'll hear all kinds of stories on here about first time sex with the implant. Some are great and some are not so great. I was in the not so great category, I waited till week 8 because I was still hurting too much. The first time we had sex it was awkward, I still had numbness in my shaft and glans, I didn't feel like I was pumped enough and all newness of the implant.

But let me tell you it gets better every week.

I'm at 3 years now with the implant and sex is awesome. I'm not positive of my length before the implant because I didn't measure when I was in my 30's when I got raging boners, but I'm at 6 1/4 inches and that is plenty for me and my wife.
My wife likes it super hard so I keep pumping until I can't pump anymore before sex. My wife likes for me to be ready, so I pump it up ahead of time, and after foreplay when I've got her really wet, I'm ready to go.

Markc, it was 4 to 5 months before I felt I could pump my implant to the max and not hurt a lot in my glans area. Not everyone takes that long.
With my AMS 700 LGX, I can pump it slowly 25 time, let it stretch a little, then get in 5 more pumps. Usually that’s enough but sometimes I can get in 2 or 3 more.

So a dog ear, is like bending a water hose completely, to cut off the water. So the how is no longer a smooth curve bend, it has two sharp points on either side of the hose, and because some implants bend like that, it can hurt.
From what I’ve read here on this forum, guys with bigger dicks have problems with dog ears and the guys that have the Coloplast implants.
I’m sure that some other guys on here can elaborate further about dog ears.

How long does it typically take to pump that many times? For me I was hoping to be able to pump during foreplay to keep sex as normal as possible. What I mean is I do think my wife feels like she will miss my body actually reacting to her so I’m wandering how discreet you can bee inflating if it takes 25-30 pumps?

1. i will not compress my penis and get all the fluid out, i just press deflate and let it deflate alone, so its not completly empty.
2. i have the rapid pulse pump by rigicon, it is advertised to pump up fast
