Malleable implant guys

Postby wadedog » Thu Nov 14, 2024 10:27 pm

I'm considering a malleable implant for ease of operation and less parts to malfunction.
My question is for the guys that have it, how happy are you with it ?
Did you lose a lot of lenght and girth ?
Does it stand erect when bent up for sex and how flat does it lie when bent down in flaccid position ?
How does it look in clothes ?

Can anyone provide photos of all I asked about above ?
Thank you.

There is a thread called:
malleable cock of the day, photos and literature

I think there are a few malleable cocks in this thread.

Coloplast Genesis cock videos:

Some malleable cock videos post surgery:

I’ve spoken to some of my surgeon’s malleable patients who are sexually active.

Under a competent surgeon, 1 cm length loss is normal. Beyond that, length is generally not an issue, but girth can decrease depending on your original anatomy.

Concealability and bending technology are not perfect, but manageable based on individual tolerance. Your mileage may vary.

Most adapt within a year, some even sooner. Some don't like it and switch to inflatables. Device reliability is excellent. Everyone's experience is different, is what I concluded from my limited research.

Last Hope is right on. I was implanted with a Boston Scientific Tactra over the summer and feel that I made a good, well-researched decision for some of the reasons that Last Hope brought up; dependability, less chance for infection/device failure and an easier recovery. I am 58yo and hoping that this implant will last me the rest of my days and give me many years of uncomplicated erections. That said, this was my first prosthesis and it is definitely a lifestyle change. Concealability is not so much a concern for me but finding a comfortable position for my erect penis has become a primary focus in my life. This is an ongoing process for me and I don't have any regrets but do wish that I had maybe gone with a Rigicon malleable as opposed to a Tactra. Tactra's rigidity is somewhat problematic and I think from a comfort standpoint alone, Rigicon may have been a better choice. Cheers!

hi tobenormalagain, I think that the bending depends a lot on the length, I think that the longer it is the better it bends, but I think even if it is not too long it is more rigid in terms of penetration, to give us an idea, how much do you measure in length and circumference with your tactra, if you haven't had anal sex, do you think your tactra is capable of having anal sex?

Why would Tactra's excessive rigidity be a problem for everyday comfort? Could you explain in detail, please with an example if possible? I’m considering a malleable.

I have the Rigicon i'm on my 2nd one due to being undersized with the first one .. the first one seemed to bend much better than this one ... it is not all that hard to conceal with my old man belly and fat pad but have lost 20lbs over the past few months .. it being hard all the time you have to find comfortable positions to put it into .. I never had any other implant but a malleable so can't compare it to a IPP. But over all I'm pretty happy with the implant itself .. the surgery and surgeon not so much but that is the risk you take when you have surgery.

I, on the other hand, was oversized, in addition to having placed the tips too far forward in the glans, they touch with the fingers, touching the glans even when flaccid, despite the fact that I used a high-volume doctor, as you said easymoney the risks when you do an implant are so many/too many, between breakages/sizing/positioning/infections etc. etc., these devices and these operations are full of problems, the worst thing is that there is no going back, the joke is that there are no guarantees and no implantologist recognizes that if he has made a mistake, he recognizes of having made a mistake by solving the problem, if you don't have money for another system/overhaul, you're in deep trouble

My Tactra implant is very rigid and came with a pre-bent soft curve in the implant. Attempting to straighten it has been difficult as it quickly reverts back to its original position. Also, I was under the impression that my penis could be held close to the base and bent downward toward my feet but that is impossible. Instead, now, to stow my cock, I just push it a little downward but more on a horizontal plane. As I said, it’s a process but I have no regrets with my decision to chose a malleable and feel it is a superior implant in some aspects.

can you hold it up in your underwear without having to straighten it if you have the opportunity to have casual sex?

Thank you tobe. What are your thoughts on Coloplast Genesis? My surgeon has no clue about Rigicon products.
