I would recommend waiting, my base was super stiff, most likely some swelling as well. My base was painful cowgirl at 2 months, this last weekend it felt way better but still had very minor base pain during sex/ cowgirl only. All other positions i tried are fine.

Its substantially improved over the last few weeks, maybe yours will heal and be fine. Hope you update the thread… give it a few months before worrying too much.

Sorry for bringing up the old thread, but did your tubing protrude out of your scrotum and did it end up softening/become unnoticeable eventually?

Everything softened up over a year, flaccid is noticeably nicer after 14 months. The piece of tubing is still there, i had to hunt for it to find it, where as in the beginning i noticed it all the time.

Short answer, yes, it definitely softens up.

The pump and tubing did protrude... it pushed it my penoscrotal junction forward that limited penetration... worst was the tubing at the base and side of the shaft created a ridge that caused my gf pain with sex...

I just had a 3rd surgery from a different surgeon this time. Tubing and pump relocated finally. Sex feels normal again

Do you know which tubing was it that caused the protrusion? Is it the tubing that leads to the pump, or the tubing that comes out of the 2 cylinders? I saw my doctor this week, and the tubing that’s protruding is the one that comes out of the cylinder which can’t be trimmed. He said once I regain some length it should be better.

Hey, my tubing is in this exact same spot that you point in this picture. To the left of my shaft. I wonder if that eventually becomes an issue or if it softens? i have the same worry as you about deep throating or having deep vaginal sex and it being noticeable.

I do not have a problem with the pump itself because it is behind my testicles (based on my own request to the dr), but the tubing on the left of my shaft., i can definetely feel it

It was both the tube to the reservoir, which is on my left, and the tube from the cylinder to pump.

These issues are attributed to the doc's poor installation... do not go to Moheydar in BP if you have kaiser.

I just got my 3rd surgery few weeks ago by Odorica in Riverside and he fixed the issues! Thank goodness.. no more ridge.

And no it did not get better over the year since it happened. Scar tissue set it in place

The tubing really interfered with sex. Esp deep throat and cowgirl. It would cause my gf to get inflammation from long sessions. Over a year sex became more quickies, 30 min, and no more 2hr sessions.

I'm almost a month from the revision to correct this and we've taken a few dips. We both feel so much more pleasure having a normal smooth cock.

Thank you. I can’t feel my reservoir pump tubing at all, but I can feel the cylinder tubing. After this revision, are you still able to feel any tubing if you look for it? Or is it completely gone now?

It's completely gone now. Some tubing can be felt in the underside but 80 % better. I wish the doctor placed the pump fully behind the testicle too

When you touch to the left or right if your penis, you cannot find the tube going to the reservoir at all? That's the one most noticeable to me, at the left (side of my reservoir) at the base of the penis.

That's correct! Feels like when i had no implant.

I will set for me it was all about the right surgeon this time. I did take messures to keep the pump distended as much as possible to avoid the tubing getting pushed up and kinked,in theory...
