I think there is something not right with the size measurements you are providing. The AMS 700 CX is available in 12, 15, 18,21,and 24cm. Your listed measurements total 20cm left and right (11+9 and 10.5+9.5). Then you list a 1.5cm RTE (rear tip extender)? For each side maybe. So 2 is 3.0 total but one is used for the left and one for the right? If that is the case and the doctor could have used an 18cm CX plus the 1.5 RTE. That would total 19.5cm or .5cm short of the 20cm total measurement. So maybe were not sized correctly if all that is correct. The CX does not expand in length so most likely you will get very little if any increased size in length. It does expand in girth, and you may see some results with that. I had gains with my LGX out past a year and so have some others. Just keep using it and give it time. The increases will be so small that they will not show up every day or even every week. Measure and write it down and then wait a month or 2 and measure again.

I was checking the sheet they gave me but the size of the prosthesis is not there, only the proximal and distal measurements that I put in my profile, my current perimeter is 11.5 cm before it was 13 cm, my surgeon is Dr. Saulo Camarena, the surgeon with the most implanted prostheses in Mexico, currently inflates it 1 day yes 1 day no for 15-30 minutes

Si no te dieron la medida del implante podes enviarles un mensaje para preguntarle. Pero es rarisimo, como te van a dar la medida del RTE y no la medida del implante?

Hasta donde llegan las puntas del cilindro? entran hasta la mitad del glande? o antes o despues? podes apuntar con tu dedo a donde terminan las puntas?
