Well if we're giving out names then Mick Blue also got an implant, pretty sure many know him.

I checked some of his videos. He definitely doesn't have a pump in the ones I've seen so if anything maybe he has a malleable?

I used to think that too. However, Rigi10's axial rigidity is 6.6 lbs, while Tactra's is 6.1 lbs. That's half a pound less!

Technically, going by the brochures alone, Rigi10 and Promedon Tube malleable (from Argentina, not US FDA approved) are the stiffest malleables.
