Markc, I get you that you want to keep sex like it was before a bionic dick and it might be possible for you since you are young. I’ve heard that the AMS 700 CX can be pumped up quickly, I think around 10 to 15 pumps, but I’m not 100 percent positive, maybe some of the guys with a 18cm CX will chime in and let us know.
I have the AMS 700 LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tips, which expands 25 percent, so it takes longer to get it super hard, around 25 full pumps and another 5 half pumps.
Mark, I pump up ahead of time before we start foreplay and for us it’s like regular normal sex, because I don’t have to stop and pump up after we have both got our juices flowing. My wife likes to feel my hard bionic dick rubbing against her leg as we kiss and I’m fondling her, to get her as wet as possible before I penetrate her.

That makes sense. I could see how being ready to go would help.

Mark, I asked Letoman, who has a AMS CX and he said that it take him 25 pumps for that model also.
If you've read some of LetoMan's post, he gets pumped up even when he's at a restaurant and the girl is rubbing his bionic dick through his pants. I don't think you two will have any problem when and if you get the implant.

Keep the questions coming,
SWorks

Mark, don't worry about the pumping, you'll always find a solution to pump your dick.
I always pump my dick to about 30-40% before going to a bar or meeting a girl, which takes 30-40 squeezes with my LGX. Later, during foreplay going down on her, I pump another 20-30% squeezes with one hand and that's enough for great sex. Sometimes, when I realize, the girl likes it even harder I add some 10-20 squeezes during doggy playing with my hand at the same time with her clit. Telling you, girls like it !
So don't worry, there is always a solution for gettimng your bionic dick as hard as you want and whenever you want and enjoy sex!

Thanks everyone. I’m getting on there and scheduling an appt with Clavelle I believe.

I’ve been reading a ton.. maybe too much.

I still worry about size—especially having hard flaccid which causes a lot of flaccid shrinkage and tightness. Would it be a problem to have cialis in my system during sizing?

Also, I still have a hard time grasping the idea of the pumps having a loud squeak and the risk of no glans engorgement. How common is this?

The one problem with this forum is there is too much information, stories of things gone wrong and unhappy guys who don't like their new implant. When I had my implant I had not yet found Frank Talk. I didn't do much research on implants. I watched part of a video of the surgery and it made me queasy. All my fault for not seeking more info, but maybe that was for the best.
The big worry about size is waiting, tissues shrink when not used.
I don't think the doc will allow you having Cialis in your system and doubt it would make any difference.
The pump does not make a loud squeak. Mine never made any noise until about 3 years post. It doesn't squeak every time, and it's so quiet the TV covers the noise.
If you have good glans engorgement now that won't change after the implant. It will, however, take some time to return to what you had previously. Nerves and tissues take time to heal, especially the delicate ones in your penis.
Quit reading, make that appointment and carry on with life. Best to you.
