McGregor's inflatable (?)

Years ago, when Mayweather vs. McGregor happened, lots of folks discussed how bizarre it was that during the face-off McGregor had a pretty substantial boner going. Mayweather laughed it off but McGregor almost seemed to be brandishing his hog. Now that I'm steeped in the world of penile implants ... I'm starting to wonder if this thing is an IPP and if he was pumped up for humorous effect or as an attempt at bizarre machismo. Anyone else?
