He was either totally delusional about having his implant backwards (which would be easily identifiable with an MRI or even ultrasound), OR he had a massive lawsuit in his hands towards the implanter. I can't imagine an implant surgeon would be so incredibly ignorant to put the implant backwards, but you never know.
Delusional. The back part of the implant (everything behind where the the tubing connects) does not inflate. If it was installed backwards then the top half of his penis would not inflate when pumped up.
