How many squeezes do you reach the maximum of the prosthesis?

5 pumps for oral, 7-8 pumps for hard erection, up to so far 18 pumps for Iron hammer..

this is spot on for me as well, almost never need the iron hammer.

simple answer is its variable based on the implant, size, how your squeezing, etc. Usually with time from surgery increases the number and ease of pumping gets higher and much easier.

Exactly, the iron hammer is more for me than her, plus it helps in the keeping it stretched out...

I think most of us would prefer fewer pumps to reach max so we don’t have to spend minutes to get hard. Is it titan or ams that requires about a 100 pumps?

It sure the hell isn't my CX. 15 pumps is close to the max. A few partials & I am definitely at max. Btw, 21cm implant, all implant, no RTE's so all those pumps fit into 21cm & 6" (15cm) girth.

I’m about the same as Sworks17. About 20-25 to get really hard. Maybe a 4-5 more til my pump goes flat and I’m out of fluid but absolutely rock hard at this point. At first inflation I only got 4-5. By 6 months I was up to 16 then by 8-10 months I was in the mid 20s. Combination of pump softening up, hand strength increased and cylinders get much softer and easier to fill by 10-12 months. At the 13 month point I maxed and ran out of fluid. Worried that I had a leak at first but it still takes the same amount of pumps at 2-1/2 years so guess it’s simply out of fluid. Have a close friend that got implanted by same Dr a week before I did and he experienced the exact same thing.

Rider1400, hoe can you feel that you are running out of fluid? Does it stop pumping?
I never had the filling to run out of fluid and could always add at least 2-5 mini pumps.

Dan, no he used a 125ml reservoir and put the recommended max of 78cc in it. On the paperwork that came with my implant, it stated that with a 20 cm implant that the recommended fluid fill amount is 68-78 so he used the max allowed. Used the larger reservoir so it would lay a little flatter since he put it subdermal which means it shows lake half of an egg. I had double hernia surgery with mesh done about 20 years prior and he was concerned with tearing the mesh if he went thru at any point in my abdomen. I’ve done some research and found that a few of the top surgeons will go thru the abdominal wall even with hernia repair. So when I get a revision I will be making sure it’s done properly next time. This has been the only thing I don’t like about my implant. But, it’s not a problem to the point of having it repaired. I’ll live with it til revision.

20 from completely flaccid to max erect, without fail.

At first I could pump an unlimited number of times, which was a concern. But about 10 days after being released to cycle I was in the 105 degree hot tub and started to cycle. Something must have gotten soft enough in the heat to finally sort of seat in the pump, because from that day forward it's been 20 pumps and the pump is as hard as a marble. I even set my scrotum up on my bathroom countertop and tried to force just one more partial pump in, and no can do. Maxed out pump and I love to feel the stretch in the shaft.
