Day 21...
Finally got a hot bath and hot tub soak. My boys dropped for the first time since the surgery. They have been hiding inside. The hot water really helped get circulation moving.

I tried to pump but failed on the first try. Second try- success! I got a couple pumps in and about 60% rigid. That's all I could stand due to pain. I lasted about a half hr. The cylinders felt like my shaft was going to burst!

The release button was easy to find. I deflated as much as I could since I have to put pants on and go back to work.

I still have that damned hot spot. I think the Dr sewed the pump into a pocket; you can feel it. The pump doesn't move in any direction you push it. The hot spot is rubbing on everything and is constantly irritated. My follow up is this week and I'll confirm.

Some folks suggested using liquid lidocaine products to numb the scrotum. DON'T! I tried and it burnt like hell. It took lots of soap, cold water, lotion, and several hours to calm down.

Once I start cycling without pain I post a AMS + Tenacio review.

I hope to be pumping regularly and pounding the spouse by the New Year!

Hey man you seem to be recovering pretty fast. Sure it's still early to say, and I'll probably ask you this question again when you'll start cycling for good. But as for now can you tell if the Tenacio pump make any noise during inflation/deflation or if it's silent ?

Glad you are making progress! Who was your doctor, and which size lgx did you get? I am guessing 18+3 as it seems the size most doctors use for the lgx.

Hakky does a comparisons here of different pumps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5Q-5zdSdD8

The new Tenacio is smaller and comparable to titan OT in size. Hopefully it's more reliable and addresses any auto inflation issues.

Had my 1 mo dr visit and everything is healing as normal; he is pleased with the progress.

I was correct- he did use a suture to anchor the pump in the scrotum. There is still swelling/edema around this area (the hot spot), but he is not concerned. This should subside soon. I still have to keep massaging around the pump and try to pull it down so it doesn't recede.

Cycling- he said to start slow and cycle as much as I could tolerate the discomfort- work up to daily and then 2x. Also keep changing your direction of which way it points deflated so you don't build up scarring or plaque. I said I'm following the clock every couple hours.

Wait until the 6-8 wk mark to employ it depending on any pain/discomfort. This puts me on my goal of by Xmas or NYE.

I stated how much I underestimated this procedure was going to hurt. He hears that a lot. I can hear all the post-op guys reading this and thinking "what did you expect, dumbass?"

So after you deflate, are you supposed to add a pump to reset the valve? I've found that gravity is letting fluid back in the cylinders after I deflate. I didn't see this answer in the owners manual.
The TEN pump is working. I get about a 10-20 pumps for a 3 o'clock sundial. I pump up to discomfort, wait 5 min, add in a couple more, then repeat.
Since I'm still sore, squeezing the pump is difficult. I have loose skin on the shaft since I'm not maxing it yet. The deflate button is easy to find and press.
Btw, the Perito exercises hurt like hell...

Yes, after you deflate give it a squeeze and you will feel the valve snap shut. Congratulations on your new pecker, not to much longer down the road, you will try it out. Enjoy
