spend your money to find a urologist who will follow you for the problem you have, having an implant means having joy and pain, in my case and also of many others more pain than joy, just read FT, your dick is 70% much better than a very well made implant, you can maintain your size with ved and extenders by trying to find a doctor to cure this problem of yours, your dick can still fly...don't kill it
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

Re: Would you get an implant to stop continual size loss?
Super thanks for replies.
Every time i fuck or masturbate i create inflammation in the scar tissues. Was with a woman yesterday and when she got a bit aggressive in the movements i started feeling that ripping in the tunica. And i immediate stop enjoying the sex.
Its slowly gonna continue and this progression is gruelling to me. I dont want to continue seeing my dick getting smaller and i dont want a small dick. I wanna be rough with girls but i cant …i have to tell them that i dont like them touching my dick because i really dony enjoy it. I think i would with an implant since it doesnt make my issues worse.
I know i should just use it and then when its completely fucked, THEN i get an implant. But i HATE this process and its making me depressed.
Im a good looking guy, successful, in his prime and i want to live an exciting life with many women at the same time etc. Travel the world. And i just cannot live how i want with this dick. Clavell told me to use my dick and not hold back anything, but Its too tough psychologically to do things that i know is hurting my dick and progressing the fibrosis/size loss. Feels like self harm and not enjoyable.
I have the money to get everything done by clavell until the end of time. Are you guys really telling me that its a mistake to get an implant now when im VERY sure im gonna need it in 5-10 years of suffering until i get there and then my small fibrosed dick will be implanted and ill have a small implanted dick.
What if its 12cm and skinny AF? There is a good probability for that and Ive seen some people here end up with dicks so small they cant even penetrate and their wives dissatisfied.
Are you guys really telling me that i would not be happier with an implant?
I do want to listen to you because your perspective is extremely valuable, i just want you to have my full perspective also. I know the risks of the implant since ive been here for years.
Are 98% satisfied with implant just because their dick was revived from the dead? Would that number be much lower if people with functioning dicks and just has some issues would be implanted?
Much love
//Dave

Dave, I think it's so hard for any of us to recommend an implant at your age.
I wish we could know it would make the discomfort go away.
I do know in my case that is totally different than yours, it's a great thing.
I suspect that it would be a good thing for you also.
With your issues, as you know, you need a very good surgeon, and it sounds like you found one.

Yes and this is for his own personal liability honestly. The impact is an irreversible surgery meant as the treatment for ED that has failed all other less invasive treatments. It has not really been clinically investigated for "shrinking penis", although seems very similar to Peyronie's which many implanters will recommend the implant for

That's what makes this such a tough call.
It does seem to have a similar effect as Peyronies.
A consult with a very good urologist could help a lot.

Hello, Dave, age is really not the problem. I know a lot of under 30 year old guys with ED that got implanted.
But the problem is really with the irreversible damage. You tissue might atrophy and even faster with an implant because there is less natural blood flow.
I really can feel you and totaly trust you 100% that you have ED problems. But in this case mayby try sexual counseling about the perceived imflammation of tissue, they might teach you some strategies how to relax and postpone implant once the injections and/or pills dont work.
Once implanted you could face much worse problems from no glans engorgement, floppy head, undersized implant, infection and so and on.

If all these negatives things happen like small head of penis etc problem you referred so the solution of implant which maybe is the only one in some cases is not the best..what else we can have to solve the problem when pills injections stop work

Do you have fibrosis? It's not clear to me if you have a diagnosis. Fibrosis is a serious problem, even at the time of implanting the prosthesis. Peyronies, fibrosis... are an added difficulty. Taking the step to the implant is serious because it is a one-way road. A prosthesis will never be better than natural erections. It is a good solution for those who really have a problem, but always being realistic. At 31 I got my third prosthesis after a first incorrect implant, a second one that became infected... and do you know what my concern was? Well, not being able to have a romantic life, spending the rest of my life alone... Nowadays I can see that in a very short time I will go for the fourth implant and I am terrified. Go to a good doctor, follow a treatment, exhaust all possibilities and if everything fails, then discuss the implant issue with the doctor.
