5 weeks post surgery - few questions on orientation etc.

Hey - 5 weeks post implant with an AMS 700. All-in-all very happy with the outcome. It works, most importantly. I am not that fussed about modest length change.
But I would appreciate feedback on these issues.
1. the right hand side tube that enters the penis sticks out at least 1/3" (top right next to penis). It is just an excess loop of tubing. If I very gently easy the pump down to pick up any slack (as the PA told me to do), then it largely disappears, but then comes straight back when I let go. I guess when the hair is all back it won't be too visible, but it is kinda very noticeable right now. I can live with it for sure, but not ideal. Do the tubes usually settle over time such that it (the sticking out loop) will likely largely solve itself?
2. When i do the pulling down as mentioned above - and seriously it is barely pulling - just easing the pump down so it is right at the base of the scrotum as slack allows, it definitely causes some lasting sensitivity right above the penis. It is not bad, kind of like the way moderate sunburn feels in that you only really notice it if you touch it. I can only assume the the tube leading up to the pelvis vessel is tight and this irritates it when any pressure is applied. Is this at all normal?
3. The pump is almost facing backwards (i.e. the release button is around the back). That I don't care about, except that it is not quite facing the back - so I kind of have a corner of the pump sticking forward. Perhaps it doesn't matter, but seems like it might be more noticeable by a woman on top. Again - perhaps this will just figure itself out over time; not sure. Also possible I guess that since the pump is currently facing backwards, that that contributes to issue #1, as if i turn it front facing, some of the slack disappears.

thanks so much if anyone has any thoughts on this.

Same implant 1 week behind you, cant comment too much about the issues you have there as my pump location is in a very non-standard location god knows why. But with the tubing i know silicon has some kind of bend memory with it, might be why when your letting go its just snapping back to its location. Something that might be worth trying is applying a heatpack to the area for a few minuets then pulling down on the pump and maybe trying to hold it for a few minuets to see if it moulds to the new position better. might also help with the backwards pump issue, i will stress i've not tried any of this but i know for sure warm plastic responds to new stresses than cold plastics so it could be worth a try.

If I’m cold and my scrotum draws up my pump will lay cross ways if relaxed and warm my pump hangs all the way to the bottom standing straight up in my sack. If drawn up I can feel the tubing and if it’s down it straightens out the tubing. All relevant. I can take the pump in my fingers and move it in any position I want to in order to pump it up right handed left handed between finger and thumb or palm and first finger. As it all heals it will find its happy place and that’s where it will be. Not anything most Drs will do about this as it would require another surgery which in my opinion unless it really hurts I wouldn’t consider. My surgery was done infrapubic and I consider my pump in perfect location. Lucky or skill of Dr or both. Either way I love it!! Hopefully it’ll last many more years
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong
