First off this is MS_Man. I got locked out of my previous account when I got a new phone so I had to create this one.
I'll be 15 weeks post this week. Size wise I'm probably up a cm on girth and 2 cm on length since surgery. I've been cycling every day and have had issues with the pump getting stuck which I've been told is due to an air bubble in the pump which can happen. To avoid this I need to make sure I don't squeeze the penis to deflate fully and this seems to be working.
I still have a floppy glan and I'm scheduled for a circumcision and Glansplexy at the end of this month to rectify this. I have been using a cream that injects into the head of the penis to help it engorge for sex. This works but stings like mad.
Mentally I am all over the place as my wife says she's having issues feeling me and financially I'm not in a position to go elsewhere (I live in Ireland where there is only one surgeon available) to get a second opinion that might lead to a different implant.
I'm also still unable to climax or reach an orgasm. It doesn't matter if I'm on my own or having sex. I'm not even noticing any precum.
I've tried so hard to get something out of it I've even damaged the area and caused swelling of the foreskin. Resulting in creams and antibiotics. I'm definitely turned on enough and I reach a point but then it doesn't go any further.
Again, I'm not sure if this is mental or as a result or the surgery. I would have had no issues in this area prior to surgery. I was unable to maintain an erection or get one at all sometimes but I still managed from time to time. I've spoken to the surgeon who informs me the nerves shouldn't be impacted and suggested it being psychological. I mentioned a physical blockage or something and that was totally disregarded. I'm not the expert so I can only go on this.
Regarding the latter issue, what is everyone's experience here and the longest time after surgery you found you were able to orgasm? Is this an issue with something on the surgeons end or is it all in my head?
Thanks for taking the time to read. Appreciate any feedback.

Are you not even getting dry climaxes? could indicate some kind of nerve damage. i have heard being mentioned on here a few people who have lost sensitivity after the op although the op should not effect the sensitivity around your glans at all. Some thoughts were maybe its when the pull the needles through your glans to seat the tubes that could be damaging some kind of nerve, i have seen some people regain their sensitivity after losing it after some time.
Have you tried cumming in a deflated state through masturbation? , if so what happens. Again could be something like the implant is pinching your tube (as you mentioned a blockage)
Re: 2025 Update 15 Weeks Post
Yeah not even dry ones. I haven't tried properly deflated but I'll try that next.
Feels like I'm living on hope that I get it back

I've had 3 surgeries in 12 months 2 involving installing and replacing the implant with larger .. it is almost impossible for me to climax no matter what .. I should at least get climaxes even if it goes back into my bladder .. can't feel my glans .. So I have a Rigicon ..hard all the time but pretty much worthless ..
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

MS Man, one of my FrankTalk friends in Dallas,Texas had this problem with being able to orgasm. He said it took about 6 months for him. He did start taking a medication that was prescribed for sexual health, it is called Cabergoline and he takes it twice a week at first but now I think he takes it twice a month. He says that his orgasm frequency has continued to increase.
Hopefully this will get better for you,

Thanks, I had my bloods done this week so I ensured they're going to test my Prolactin levels. I'll see what comes back and bring it up with my consultant

That sucks dude. How long since your last surgery? Does your surgeon think you'll regain any sensitivity?

Small update on the back of this. Results came back and my Prolactin was high so they want to do more tests and I'm going to bring it up with my consultant next week.
Thanks for this. I wouldn't have known it was something to check had I not researched the drug.

Re: 2025 Update 15 Weeks Post
Yes, I have had this issue, my surgeon told me about it when I told him I do not ejaculate but it feels like an orgasm, I have gotten some back, still finishing by hand.
Here is the definition I found:
When someone experiences "no ejaculation but orgasm absorbed," it most likely refers to a condition called retrograde ejaculation where the semen travels back into the bladder instead of being expelled during orgasm, meaning they still feel the sensation of an orgasm but release very little to no semen; the body simply reabsorbs the sperm
