As others have said, it's not visible from the outside, and you can pump up while eating her out.

But let me add, You can also do a partial inflate ahead of time. One almost always has a hint that something might happen. If I'm meeting up with a woman where sex is a possibility, I will add a couple of pumps ahead of time. Just enough to plump things up. If the evening is going well, I'll pump even more. Not enough to tent my pants, but definitely enough that someone staring at my groin could see a hint of heft.

And here's the cool thing. There is some overlap between the max that doesn't tent my pants and the minimum required for sex. Here's the thing about a soft-ish implant. It is going to stay exactly that hard. My pre-implant experience was that if my cock had gone from hard to a bit softer, then it was on it's way down. It wasn't going to last long. But with an implant, a bit soft is staying exactly that soft and works just fine. It does depend a bit what pants you are wearing. Jeans material is thick and holds things in well. With thin dress pants, you can't pump as much before tenting.

I don't think that'll work for me because I have a buggy pump that requires frequent troubleshooting. Guess I'm excusing myself to the bathroom...

You've frequently mentioned your pump. I'm actually surprised because mine & lots of others have great results with our CX's. About 14 full pumps. 1 or 2 partials & I'm at max. After being inflated for awhile. I can manage 1 or 2 very small partial pumps. What does your dr say about the pump?

Exactly what I say: that it's "buggy," "gltchy." Those are his words. Maybe you guys lucked out, because even when I spoke to Hakky, he said the AMS pump is generally problematic (in fact, that's why the Tenacio was made, which has its own problems).
