nah i cant get it in the sack no matter what i do, i've been quiet forceful with it tbh no matter what crazy nonsense i try the moment i let go it just flings back to that exact position. Half of me is kinda hoping i wake up one day and its solved it self but hey. my only major concern with how it is now is i can physically feel the stresses being placed on the tubes, my reservoir pipe in particular is bulging against my scrotum skin on the right base of my penis

Time to go back to the surgeon, let them see if there is anything else they can do.

I agree with the many. You are too early in the healing process to start moving the furniture around. Check with you URO surgeon. You want to be sure everything is healing properly. I was told by the AMS Techs that you couldn't damage anything down there. My problem was the Pump was as hard as a rock. Of course, the techs said I was being too gentle with the Pump. Once I started hitting the Pump with a hammer and squeezing with grip pliers, the Pump loosened up. Just kidding, but it was a pain in the nuts to get the pump loosened up. But check with your Surgeon. Or contact the manufacture. I do know AMS has a support team. They will meet with you for counseling and/or instructions, if needed.

post is 3 weeks old, im 7 weeks post op, everything is healed im from the UK, not entirely sure we get support from AMS here the pump its self isnt the issue, just the location of it, its not seated in my scrotum is in my perineum. one page back you'll see exactly what i mean, i do have an "up coming" appointment with my surgeon so they can take a look.

Most times those are so painful they require a trip to the ER. Sorry I missed the update with picture on this. But yes you need to have it pulled back down.
