I have the LGX and I love it. It gives you more length and with time gives girth. The cylinders are great. I am not sure what they are made off, but it is strong material. And if the cylinders are not long enough, they can add rte's to the base. I honestly never asked the last specialists that done my third revision about the length of the rte's I just took it for granted he was the expert, not me. He done the perfect job.

Love my Lgx it the usual 18 +3 rte. One thing with the lgx is it shrinks more then the cx, so most of the time you are in deflation mode it’s going to be shorter then the cx would be. If I ever need a revision I ll probably go with the cx, kinda enjoy the shower aspect of the cx.
You doc sounds pretty good, he’s going to do right by you.

I have the LGX 18cm with 5 RTE's, each rte is 1 cm, total 23cm. Same as the Titan was. I so far really like the LGX over the Titan,

do you think the LGX vs CX needs more pumps to get it up?

Still not cleared to cycle yet, just asking.

I had an LGX (2017 to 2023) which was taken out of commission due to prostatectomy. December 2024 saw a CX implanted with the new Tenacio pump and I just got cleared to start pumping up this week. So, my information is subject to revision when the pump loosens up.

The CX - Tenacio combination is taking a lot more effort (and pumps) to achieve an erection. But the LGX, when it was new, took more than it did later on. So, the Tenacio pump may get easier in a few weeks. I expect (speculate) that the CX will be just as easy to pump up as the LGX and all the difference will depend on the Tenacio pump vs the older pump I had.

I have the LGX and had it activated on the 23 of Jan and per the Dr it gets better with time my only takes 10 full pumped and 20 small pumps now its better when its warmed up and you are laying down I am on to week 2 of pumping. I was told to pump it every day 2 time a day would be the best. My Dr said it a good 4 weeks to loosen up some but will get easy with time

Normal to have 20+ pumps. I completed 4 years about a week ago, and I still put about 30 pumps to get max stiffness.
