I have been enjoying my AMS700 LGX for almost a week. BUT,,,, I am a little worried something is not right. I can pump and get hard enough for sex. But I think I should be able to get harder. I can pump 40 times or more. My girth is nothing compared to what it used to be, and length is 2" shorter. I have a call into my dr, but want others opinion.

crash, I had my LGX implanted on the 24th of March and am in a similar situation, I've lost roughly an inch and a half in length and about one half of an inch in girth. My concern is that my reservoir is undersized as somewhere between 20 to 24 pumps I lose resistance in the pump bulb which seems to mean that there is no more juice for expansion , If you check out the thread that I started (the link is below), it will explain what I've been experiencing in more detail and how it has slightly changed over the almost 2 weeks that I've been inflating my implant. I have a Titian and gets hard as a rock with about 5 pumps so would say something is wrong. I also didn't lose any length and gained about 20%+ girth. I would for sure see my doctor how many does he do a year?

Did he fill the reservoir to 100cc? For the LGX, it's a requirement. Check the surgical report.
