My pump is low and behind my testicles. Not behind in the sense that the testicles are in front of the pump, but behind in terms of the plane that my testicles are on.

There is no position in which someone could see the pump by looking at my scrotum. 100% invisible. My wife and I frequent nude resorts so that was one of my first questions.

In my case, the pump would be very noticeable once someone grabbed my sack or started to play with it's contents. One of these things is not like the others...
More so if my scrotum skin was loose and relaxed, when my sack skin is tighter it's harder to tell, but still obvious when touched.

If your girl doesn't smash your balls when she's on top now, she won't smash your balls or feel anything different when she's on top with an implant.

That's interesting. Well wherever the pump is, if someone grabs your balls they will feel it. I was wondering about when she's licking them etc. If the pump is at the front or hanging below the balls I would have thought it would be more noticeable than behind.

Does the placement cause you any issues?

Members need to describe it better. There is no in front or behind. Your testicals hang from tubes that come from up high in your sack from either side. The pump is hanging from an area near the middle or with my infrapubic the tubes are tight around deep on the base and the tubing is free around the middle on the bottom side of my shaft so it hangs straight down the middle in front. It can float around just like my nuts. It mostly hangs a little lower than my nuts, especially if my sack is drawn up and cold. Any time I’m warm the pump hangs just below the nuts and pretty much in center but I’ll say again it floats around freely just like my nuts. You can’t see it and if grouped by a hand you can feel it obviously but otherwise just there and not noticeable. I’ve never had my wife feel it while having sex and I’ve never felt her banging on it when riding me, and in almost 3 years it’s been banged a thousand times!! lol this is not an issue unless the Dr puts too much tubing or not enough. A good Dr will put it where it works best.

I don't really understand how what you've described isn't in the "front" of the balls. I'm not implanted yet so I can't comment. But if there is vertical movement then the pump either has to have a direction of being either in front of or behind the testicles. It can't sit in between them surely.

Also I read that a capsule develops around the pump eventually establishing its position more?

None whatsoever. Dr. Clavell confirmed with me that I was right handed prior to my surgery, as he wanted to orient the pump so that my right thumb would naturally fall on the release button above the bulb. Looking straight down at my toes, the pump button normally faces 10 o'clock, so when my hand goes down there my thumb lands right on it almost every time. As was said, the pump can move around a bit, it's not locked into place.

I read somewhere that someone had it behind their balls. If anyone has done this or knows of reasons not to do this then I'd be really curious to hear their perspective.

I am 27. Mine is behind and its less noticeable, but completely noticeable anyway. However, I clearly prefer it there and it does not cause me any issue.

Juerhareb, sorry that you’ve had ED at an early age.
Just curious since you have the AMS MS pump and it is pretty large, so how do you pull it forward from the rear of your scrotum to inflate?
Mine is in the front between his two brothers. I use my right hand to grasp the pump and then I hold it with my left hand at the top of the block and I use the knuckle of my index finger and lower thumb to pump using my forearm muscles.
I don’t feel my pump when sitting, but do you, since it’s at the back?

Thanks,
SWorks

I pump It without problem just putting the finger between the testicles. Its not placed very high (that what makes It also quite noticeable). I use the same two fingers that i would use to take a pencil (the thumb and the Index). I only need one hand to inflate It, the Index supports by the back part and the thumb makes pressure

And no, I dont feel it at all when sitting.
Late twenties. ED since very early twenties. Unable to have sex.

I knew there was some that had the pump placed behind the balls. How high is it? How do you pump? When you say still noticeable how do you mean? The partner can't even see it right? You mean feel it?

I think if I had the balls (no pun intended) to get this done at 27 I might have been happier. I was using Viagra at 27 and it sucked.

Its low, similar to the testicles.

The partner cant see It , but It IS felt when you touch the scrotum. Its harder than testicles and It IS a 3rd "thing" in the scrotum.

This guy is kind of right. The pump is hanging like a 3rd testicle. Its just that, if nothing is pushing, it hangs under the two testicles.
