This sounds like a side effect of the drugs you are using. The first thing I would try if I were you is to try washing out the amphetamines and steroids. In other words, don't use for a few weeks. See if that helps.

Another possible culprit is the trimix use. The injections can cause healing response that includes inflammation and contraction of the muscle tissue in the penis as a protective response (like when you hurt any other muscle in your body and it contracts into a knot). If you have been injecting a lot, it will probably get better if you lay off the trimix so things can heal.

Sounds about right . My dick retracts a lot I have severe ed and colour has changed including the head and my glands are floppy I think it’s implant time

Did u have colour change on your penis or may numbness ? Did u have floppy glands prior to implant ..

I would get bad "hourglassing" and contraction. It would look irritated. I don't know what you mean by "floppy glans"?

I have heard it's a fix for that. Not sure if I had it but mine was very reactive, psychologically & chemically based, hell even if I looked at it it would shrink. But since being implanted it is always one size flaccid which is big & it stays that way always unless I choose to make it erect. It's one of the pros in my opinion now that I'm used to it. Good luck man but I'm sure it will fix that for you & you will appreciate the shower you'll have

Is your erect much bigger than flaccid now or little bigger than flaccid ?

Sorry just saw this question. My flaccid now is about 6.75" bone pressed length & 5" width. When pumped its 7.5" length & 5.5" width. So it does grow from flaccid to erect but it doesn't shrink ever from the big flaccid which guys like you and I appreciate because mine was very reactive & would shrivel to very small looking often. Hoping to gain a little more girth cuz I think I was 6" prior to surgery on bimix but I'm at 7 months into recovery. Good luck mate
