Softball size here. It was a shitshow - black and swollen! Started to go down after two weeks. Four weeks much better, all the bruising gone. But it took a few months for it to completely go away. After two months I fucked for the first time, in a threesome, natch. Neither girl noticed ongoing swelling.

I was freaked out at first. Everyone is. But it’s gonna go down, and you’re gonna be fine, and soon you’ll be fucking with that bionic dick you got and swelling will be long forgotten.

Everyone heals differently. But you can help the swelling go down as fast as possible using lots of ice packs or bags of frozen veggies,etc against your scrotum. Just not right on your junk, keep something in between. Ice is helpful until swelling goes down. Then switch to a heating pad to help healing and eliminate bruising.

4 days till the swelling started going down.
9 days till scrotal swelling was gone.
10 days till the - still have penis swelling.
No complications

I still have penis swelling because i also had surgery for Peyronie’s disease. So i have internal and external stitches along the entire underside of my penis in addition to the penoscrotal incision.

It takes individually for all different, some might go quicker, others longer, but in general it takes around 2 weeks, when the swelling starts to go down.
For bruising it might take longer.

In my case even after 4 weeks, the bruising is still there (pic 1), after 10 weeks, the penis is still a little swollen (pic2), and after 6 months and regular cycling and fucking, my penis got to the shape, lenght and girth I expected and so I LOVE MY DICK!

Kodixx, I remember for me my scrotum was still swollen at 6 weeks when I went back for device training. My doc didn't deflate me, it was one of his male nurse staff and it hurt like heck, then I had to pump it up as many times as I could and deflate it again; boy was it painful. I could only get 10 pumps in, I was disappointed that at 6 weeks that's all I could get in, just 10 pumps, and even though I was cleared for sex, I still had a lot of swelling and pain.
I waited till 8 weeks to attempt sex and even though it was good to get back in the saddle again, it was awkward and I still had pain and numbness. I had pumped up as much as I could about 15 minutes before sex, so I would be ready and when we got down to foreplay and then penetration I was already having a lot of pain. I sent an email to my doc worried about the pain and he said just take it easy; it's not what I wanted to hear but I knew I would have to get better before I could have great sex.
There wasn't any complications and even though the swelling had dissipated, I still had pain in my penis shaft and glans with numbness.

Like the guys said above in the other comments, we all heal different.

Let me tell you Chuck that it gets way better down the road, keep following the doctors protocol and before you know it all that is happening now will be in the rearview mirror.
