In one of Clavell’s videos, he talks about creating a separate pouch for the pump so it doesn’t interact with the twins. Does anyone know more about this? How many “layers” does the scrotum have to be able to create a separate pouch?

Also how is the tubing for you guys? I’m assuming for those who are happy, it’s not very noticeable. Did your surgeon splice to remove excess tubing and add connectors? Connectors can be a failure point so would be nice if they just get the sizing right with RTEs but I understand it’s a trade off.

I was lucky as far as the pump location is concerned. My right nut never developed, It's about the size of a marble, so my pump is on that side, helps to fill out the sack.

Just my opinion......
I am 6 months post surgery, you can see my journal.

I have a girl I met online and will go see her in April ( Philippines ) and I intend to retire there soon.
I am actually excited to tell her about my implant, and want her to always play with my balls and pump.
If you do a little research you will find women who are familiar with implants, love them. Some call it "The button".

Pros:
- Sex anytime
- Sex anywhere
- Sex as long as you like
- Adjustable erection (softer vs harder)
- Teach her to pump, so she can fuck you in your sleep.. be her man toy

Cons:
- Not your natural dick
- You have to pump / release
- Have to hide or intruduce your bionics to any new girl.

I am happy and proud to be bionic, I was thinking if there is a shirt to get and advertise, then hit the bars... lol.

I can never tell I have a pump unless I am feeling my balls, then yes, I have two balls and a hard marble (pump) and its very noticable like that.
But girls love playing with all 3, tickle kiss, etc.

Every day I am more excited and happy about my Titan.

best of luck to your journey!!

Tretop,n
I never tell any girl and not one has realized my "pump", they just wonder about my steel-hard dick, that's all.
No girl cares about a pump or whatever, the just want to fuck as long as they finish, like at least 3-4 orgasms.

Your stalling is understood. I suffered from ED for years then totally out of commission after prostate cancer surgery. Had tried several options over years with pills, injections, etc. one day just decided to go with implant after lot of discussion with urologist at KU med- Kansas City. Yeah, the thought of surgery on the sensitive parts is natural; I have No regrets on implant. The implant could End your frustration (and your significant other frustration). Just get a really good surgeon.

It feels like what it is, occasionally having sat down I need to stand and rearrange things.
The most physically noticeable thing is the pipe going to the reservoir where it curls around the base of the penis.
Onset of ED at age 46, no erection since, pills, VED , Injections, no luck, not even once.
Implanted 19.04.2023 in UK, with Rigicon Infla 10 AX, not functioning so far, still hopeful.
