Titans come in standard sizes of 14,16,18,20 and 22cm. Titan XL's come in 24, 26 and 28cm. You get in between sizes like 19 and 21 by adding RTE's (rear tip extenders) to the standard sizes.
CX's and LGX's come in standard sizes of 12, 15, 18 and 21cm. Also special order sizes of 24cm. Again RTE's can be used to fine tune the in between sizes.
There is no simple relationship between the size of the implant and the size of the visible erection. Other guys mention a 1/3 2/3 'rule of thumb'. 1/3 internal and 2/3 external. In this case a 4 inch erection would need 6 inches of implant size, which is somewhat over 15cm. But there is actually quite a bit of variation, and it seems to me that guys with shorter visible erections tend to have more internal. Also, be aware that it makes a lot of difference whether you are measuring 'bone pressed length' (BPL or hard pressed to the pubic bone) or just from the skin. The standard (sort of... not sure there is a universal standard) is BPL.
I understand, when I measured my BPSFL, it turned out right now it may be 4.4" or so. I assume VED or Traction use could help a guy fighting Peyronies like me to preserve my flaccid length and possible lengthen it even more. After reading some accounts of people going to Eid, Kramer, or Milam, they seem to understand how important size is in guys and give them as much length as possible, whether it is adding RTE or etc. I am sure the doctors pull more rigorously when they do BPSFL also, so I may be holding back and not getting my true potential.
Do you guys grab onto the glans and pull, or pinch under the glans and pull? I am sure this would affect measuring as well. And like my personal peyronies urologist, he seems to pull with much more emphasis than I am willing to right now so that may help my BPSFL measurement
