I never had that issue, as I used pills/injections regular, and now regular with my Titan.

Hopefully any of those issues can be resolved with cycling.

Yes, I wish I tried injections before implant. But unfortunately I skipped it. I didn't know much about injections and thought that it painful and uncomfortable. And my surgeon even not suggested it. And I didn't know that injections can help with PE (one of the reason I decided get implant)

I was going to get implanted but life got in the way so I am trying injecting. It's such a tiny, tiny needle it's so easy. I am glad I am trying injections before the implant.

Used injections for six years. Bar an implant they're the best. Pills are awful.

But I'm tired of trying to source the injections and tired of making sure I always have one on me and tired of having to make an excuse to run to the bathroom for 10 mins before sex every time.

Now think I'm ready for the plastic.

Or should I keep relying on this for another six years. Tired of the restriction and lack of spontaneity.

Regrettably, prosthesis device company "influencers" aggressively promote the idea to us that injections cause fibrosis. They skillfully exaggerate anecdotes while omitting statistical data and percentages.

I went straight from pills to implant, and I'm a happy camper. I'd been using pills for twenty-ish years. They were becoming less reliable. I could generally get hard enough for penetration, but it often wouldn't last long, and once my cock went down it wouldn't come up again. Also, side effects like headaches and stuffiness were becoming more annoying.

I am thrilled with the result and have no regrets at all about skipping injections.

Im suprised, They usually want you to try everything before going to an implant. Yep!! I was the guy at the er getting a 1 inch 22 guage needle stuck in the side of it 5x! Gave me the shot at the office and we drove home with instructions to pound away. That thing hurt so bad i could hardly put it in. Then when i finally drove thru the pain it wouldn't go down! It was very angry! Lol..To top it off, i hit some norther lights vape thinking it would help? Nope! Made it madder. Found out later northern lights act as an aphrodisiac..lol..You see guys on here talking about losing size?? Well i must be fortunate because i gained 3/4 length and danm near an inch in girth. Depends how wound up i am. The cx is supposed to expand in girth but mine sure stretched some also in length. I know way regret this decision. Prob good i did it my mid 50s because if i was a kid still!

I expect implants fit: If you are young 55 and younger, not in a permanent relationship, then go for it.
If time is on your side within your relationship try injecting. Using the VED & injecting is a great way to keep the old fella functioning. The needle is so small, it's a very cool way to keep normal if you are outside that cohort.

I did injections and would rather have skipped them and gone right to the implant - would have saved myself a LOT of down time.

I followed the protocols and waited until all else failed. Now I wish I had gone straight for the implant when the pills started failing.

My recovery wasn’t the easiest. Like many others, I had my moments thinking what the F* did I do to myself during early recovery. But all that faded in time as I adjusted and embraced a new normal.
Now, with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight and a good outcome, my only regret is not getting the implant sooner.
